I want to the subway Warsaw Virginia to buy two cookies and the worker got nasty because she thought i want 2 box cookies but I ask for two and she told me you made me get them get for nothing and she say that all right and I told her In a nice way I didn't notice and didn't mean no harm because I didn't do no harm because I did everything legal and didn't notice she fix me two boxes of cookies and when she gives me the two cookies after I bought i say yes ma'am and thank you that woman didn't hurt my feelings because I know it is legal not to be perfect and not notice things.

There’s usually 1 or 2 people in line before you never a long wait. It’s very small but equipped. They do not have tables you just order walk through and pay n go

i used to go in there alot 4 lunch an stopped because the new staff they got cant make a dam sandwich to save their lives..their attitudes suck...an its more of a hassle then its worth anymore...if i could give no stars i definitely would...do better subway yall suck...

The girl desire or however you spell her name with the red braids had a very nasty attitude will be calling manger RACHEL Monday morning !! Don’t nobody feel like dealing with nobody slapping food around and bad customer service and bad attitude feel like dealing with that but if I was to match her attitude and walk out for ask gor 5 sub and walk out I would be wrong because that’s what I felt like doing

I went to order and as I’m ordering the other sandwich maker cuts me off to ask the other one about a person that had nothing to do with work.! So I’m telling her my order and I guess she isn’t hearing me because of the other sandwich maker cutting me off and she gets my sandwich all wrong.! Horrible service!

For the first time in 3 years I tried this subway again. It was 100% just as terrible as the first time I ordered. Employees (2 Subway and 1 gas station attendant) were slower then molasses, confused about anything that came on the subs listed behind them on the sandwich board, rude, and overall we’re more interested in their own conversations then in trying to get food out. To top off everything the subway employee told us she couldn’t ring our chips up at the SW register which I totally understood and kind of assumed but when we got to the other cashier for the GS she informed me in quite the rude tone that she couldn’t ring up one of the 3 bags.I should have spent a little more money and gone to one of the real restaurants and gotten take out. Last time I waited 3 years to come back. This time I just won’t ??♀️

It was takeout, but the atmosphere was pretty good in the car. Third time in 10 days we've split a BMT at the no dining room Subway. Its a great budget meal and they have delicious cookies and Barqs Rootbeer! Yum! The employees seem like they don't like their jobs, but they've been there several months.
