The store was extremely dirty. One staff operated the cash box and food. Several staff handling food were not wearing gloves. The staff were not inviting. They were just going through the motions. The food was mostly good with exception of the dry beef patties.

If you get an order through the app/online and you have no other customers you should really start cooking the food...
Edit: For the Hardee's marketing team when you reply to reviews you need to conjure up a vanity url for where you want reply/forms filled out. Google reviews do not allow for copy paste and remembering a long tail URL or writing it down to them type in the browser is a terrible user experience.

🚨 Disappointed with my experience today! 🚨

I ordered a BBQ pulled pork sandwich 30 minutes before lunch, I waited only to be told they were serving breakfast and that my order would take longer to prepare because it needed to be cooked from scratch. It’s frustrating to see that there seems to be a lack of preparation for lunch service at Hardess. I waited 17 minutes.

I expected better, especially during peak hours. I hope they can improve their workflow to ensure customers aren't left waiting.
