Service slow, employees acted as if they would rather be someplace else. I frequent thus restaurant for take out. Usually orders are messed up. Ask for white meat chicken. Don't know difference between a thigh and breast. No biscuit, no coleslaw? I mean really.

I've been to hardees a couple times this month. Twice they were out of fried chicken. Once there wasn't enough tenders for the meal I wanted. I passed on both those days and i had arrived later in the day around 8pm. One time I ended up with tenders that were good but tiny and the one big piece in it wasn't completely cooked and had a weird texture, this was about midday. I think im gonna pass going to hardees for awhile. I hope things get better.

Well I would love to tell you what the Hardee's was like but the lobby was closed when I stopped by there at 7:00 on a Sunday. The one employee I did see was on her phone in the lobby paying me no never mind, just wanted me some Hardee's tenders and I couldn't take my vehicle through the drive-thru. Thanks for nothing Hardee's.Edit... I saw the response followed the link and the automated chat will not let me feel in an information until I tell it how I made my order, as I stated in my review I was unable to make an order because your store closed the lobby before the posted hours. So great job Hardee's great job letting everybody down.

Every time we go up there no one wants to do their job. The two black women in there were rude about chicken tenders and they served them raw to me. You get that, raw uncooked tenders in a Togo box. Literally still had ice on them. Terrible place. Needs new owner and management

At 5:30 pm on a Saturday I ordered a Philly cheese steak burger just to be told they don't have the steak made and "ain't" making more. So I order something else and waited and waited, one other customer came in and order two chicken wraps got them and left. I'm still waiting and walking around looking at mold on the cabinets under the drink machine, food crumbs under multiple tables. Employees behind the counter with all kinds of attitudes. So thank you Waverly Hardee's I won't be returning.Parking: There was plenty of parking because no one was there

Been by there 4 times in the last 2 weeks at around 6:10-6:20 am and to get breakfast and was not open. One time was told waiting for cashier. So has to go to McDonald's for breakfast good way to lose business.

Fri night 943 pm refused service bc "were closing in a few minutes" lol. 10 pm is 10 pm I thought
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through lane for my food. Staff was rude. One employee was playing on his cell phone. Got home and the biscuits were burnt and had to make another trip back to get them replaced. One staff member wearing his pants so low that his underwear was showing. Another staff member wearing sweat pants and crocs. Soda machine had ice and water all over the tray. Ice tea dispencer had sticky tea that had leaked around it on the counter top. Now I know why it's been a long while since I have been there and I know it will be even longer before I go back again.

UGH, went there for Hot ham and cheese, they were out of ham. Ordered a Big Cheeseburger instead, didn't get cheese OR ketchup/mustard - just pickles and LOTS of onions. Husband ordered Famous Star burger combo with Diet Dr Pepper. Again, no sauces and received Tea instead of his soda. Could almost NOT have been a worse experience. Fries were nasty bland. Very disappointed, should have gone to McD down the road. And gal at the window was sucking down a soda.
