You know this place is good because there is a constant stream of people pulling in and lining up in a random parking lot. I got a bean quesadilla that tasted super fresh. Waited about ten minutes as there were about five orders before mine. Friendly service. I could taste the cilantro, fresh tomato, onions and cheese and it was stuffed with beans. The food here is AWESOME…one of the best in town for sure. Prices are fair and the folks are cordial. The only complaint (complaint is a rather strong word actually) is have is that generally, “ready in 20 minutes,” more times than not mean, “ready in 30 or 35 minutes.” But that won’t stop me from continuing to come!
Fantastic little surprise for our family as we were in the area from out of town. We’re always looking for something special in these moments and Alex’s Tacos was phenomenal.
