Ordered the steak nuggets & mozzarella sticks!! Was AWFUL!! when I called 2 ask for a replacement the lady who answered on 11/14/2025 was NOT HELPFUL at all!! Extremely disappointing when I have usually had positive experiences here!! Terrible service & unless this is fixed its gonna be awhile before I return!! If corporate or someone who cares see this please reach back out!!

I was just in drive thru at this location the service was ok but I ordered 2 of the loaded Italian subs and the person that makes the food in this particular location either doesn't know what they are doing or just doesn't care about doing their job right the subs were absolutely awful no sauce the lettuce was brown the meat was all bunches up in one part of the roll it was awful they definitely need someone new making food or to get retrained by someone from the Staunton location
