The last two times I have gone to the Waynesboro VA location I have very specifically ordered the Street tacos with NO SPICE and chips and salsa instead of fries. Both times the order was done incorrectly and came with spice and fries. Not that difficult of a request!!!

Ordered take out from there tonight....... I must say the wings were cold and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours plus they shorted me a fry... In the past I have always had great food and great service.. I understand they were busy but it seems as if the old stuff is for the online orders and eat in get fresh food.

This was the first time ordering from this location. They do have great deals throughout the week if you order on the app, so I decided to place an order. However, I didn't take advantage of the buy one burger and get another free deal on Mondays, but I did order a burger. The app is pretty straight forward and I was told my order would be available to pick up within 30mins of ordering. I thought this wasn't bad at all considering the College Football National Championship was about to air, and I figured they would be packed from people wanting to come in and grab dinner and watch the football game. When I arrived I was surprised to find out my order was not only not ready, but they were unable to find the ticket or locate my order. I was informed that I must have placed the order at another location, but I insisted that I hadn't . I pulled up the app and the person waiting on me apologized, and informed me they would get the the bottom of it. 15 mins later I was able to pick up my food. However, my order was incorrect as far as what I requested for as toppings on my burger. No big deal though as I could just take those items off, but for those that may have allergies I could see this being a bigger area of concern. The fries were not great and were ice cold. I was surprised that the food in general was cold considering I had to wait longer for the order to be completed. I will give this location another chance, but I will make sure it will be for dine in only.
Very good! Maybe my 3rd time there. This time I ordered the street tacos which are chicken. Seasoning was great. Slightly spicy for me but sour cream helped and I'm a spicy lightweight. Three very filled soft tacos which was more than enough for me. Just as good as a leftover.
