Best restaurant location ever. The one in Waynesboro Virginia did good with their food. Even though there was a little wait time, the line was pretty long because it was my field trip group going there. The Chick-fil-A nuggets were good with Chick-fil-A sauce, honey mustard Polynesian and barbecue, even pure honey Even real mayo for Chick-fil-A sandwiches original or any kind you want

I have had spicy chicken sandwich twice already in to different locations both times got sick More bread then chicken Taste like they haven't change the oil in a week Fries say with the old oil. Great service but food it is not doing good.

This is, far and away, the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. I went through the drive through at around 930am on Monday and my food had very obviously been microwaved. The breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich was so cold on one part it almost seemed frozen and the biscuit was soggy and tacky (like if you try to microwave a biscuit sandwich and the moisture makes the bread get all tacky). The second meal gotten there was a breakfast burrito. The egg and chicken inside was cold and the tortilla was so stale it was cracked and flaking off when opened. The food was so bad we literally threw it in the trash. I have never had a Chick Fil A experience this poor before. It was my birthday and we were on the road so calling to complain didn't seem worth it, but it was terrible food. The staff seemed very friendly, at least though.

I tried to call about a order that they got wrong. I work at the hospital and just got off of the shift. I went to Chick-fil-A to get some food because i hadnt gotten a chnace to eat yet and was really hungry, they got my order completely wrong. I understand a mistake or two.. I tried to call about the order that they got wrong to see if I could get it exchanged or traded out for the right one. Because I was back on the road I couldn't turn around as fast and needed to get back to work..nobody had answered. My dad worked at chickfila for thirty plus years so i do understand the fast food, I would understand if they were really busy/slammed and made a mistake, but my whole order was wrong. I do expect better but to be honest I've never been satisfied at this location but They were not busy. They had a total of 3 cars in the drive through and 5 people in the building. The speed was there.Customer service and food quality was not.
