Somehow impossible for them to ring in a large combo when you request it. Large sounds nothing like medium.

Was very disappointed in my usual grilled chicken wrap. There was MAYBE half of the normal portion of chicken in the wrap and hardly any cheese or lettuce. I basically got a half filled wrap and the rest was just the breading. My fries were great and the woman handing me my food and who processed an order of a gift card for me was very sweet.
Traveling to VA Beach and got hungry along the way. Stopped at Chick-fil-A and got myself a spicy chicken sandwich, fry, and a tea. It was on point and quieted down my growling stomach.

I just went to this chick fil a drive through. The girl, whose name I will omit at this time, did not greet me. Instead just said “name?”- which she also got wrong. She took the order and then just held the tap machine out. She then said “ok it’s good” after it beeped. Did not say anything else or thank you, or the famous “my pleasure”.
I only ordered a large waffle fry and the box wasn’t even filled up. Very disappointing experience over all.

I love childish but the one in Waynesboro Virginia had hit the 3 strikes you’re out. Their order processing is slow, unfriendly and rushed. On all 3 occasions, I didn’t received all of what I asked for I.e coffee no cream, food no condiments. I’m used to Chick-fil-A’s service with a smile as and well coordinated. Never receive that here. Also the food tasted as it was sitting for a while or atleast longer than I’m used to. But hey they had 3 people in line which is also different than I’m used to.

Went thru the drivethru and had to park - no big deal. I worked at cfa for years and TOTALLY get it. Forgot my 4ct strip. Food otherwise perfect. Went in and waited in line to ask with my receipt. Tried to explain what was missing, and was cut off with “well I bagged it, so I know what was in it”. Was made out to be a liar rather then them owning up to a mistake.
Fc was also touching ALL over face/nose while making drinks which is a big no. Wont be back based on staff attitude alone
