Extremely disappointed got a Cobb salad got it home took the lid off has a weird smell to it like it started to ferment taste of the chicken that was fine tasted the lettuce the whole salad portion had gone bad and was unedible ended up having to leave my house drive back across town to get a refund to pay $10 for a salad and have it be spoiled and only half full is extremely disappointing I'll skip the Waynesboro location in the future

So sad that this Chick-fil-A was such a disappointment. The bun was stale, chicken was dry, fries were old and cookie had been sitting way over the expiration date that the store should allow. Most of my family has worked for Chick-fil-A for over 10 years and we have a pretty good idea of how the business operates.It's not worth serving stale food to save a buck. This practice will eventually catch up to you and hurt the business. Considering how empty the drive through was at 5:30pm on a Tuesday, looks like it already is going downhill.

They do a great job! My only suggestion would be a menu at drive through before the people outside taking orders. They are before the order screen at a typical drive through and I don't know the full menu. Other than that excellent food, service, and price!

I used to love this location! But today the service was horrible!! We ordered through the drive thru and realized they forgot a sandwich. When I called, the team member was rude and did nothing to show they felt bad for their mistake. Once we went back to get the sandwich, they were still rude. No apologies. We spoke to the manager who also didn't care. We will never go back. Now i understand why everyone goes to the Staunton location. Also the fries were burnt!! Yuck!

The wait times are outrageous. And even worse, they advertise “skip the line” but trying to go inside to skip the lanes and save time reveals that there are consistently 3-4 teenagers who all look clueless standing and wandering around behind the counter. Multiple times I’ve looked at my bag of food just sitting there while kids walk past or text on their phones. No wonder service takes forever if the only people you hire are fifteen!

Flavor was OK and I love their signature sauce, but Popeye's chicken sandwich is larger, the chicken is thicker, and it's crispier than Chick-fil-A's chicken.

First of all, I would like to recognize that at the time I went in it was extremely busy. It is understandable when things can fall off of the radar, but it shouldn't be a continous concern when I visit this Chick-fil-A occasionally. This time, I placed a mobile dine-in order. The food came out after a long wait, which again I completely understand. When receiving my bag from an unethusiastic employee, I looked in and saw not only were my fries overcooked and unfilled, but they were squished down by the sauces. Afterward, I went on to try the nuggets, and they came out great. As for the grilled club, I was highly dissatisfied. The grilled filet was cold, and my sandwich was made incorrectly (tomatoes were added when I requested none). Overall, I understand it was busy, but too many things were served with a lack of care for quality.One bright spot about this Chick-fil-A though: the man out in dining room, John I., was absolutely amazing! He continously checked up on us, truly going the second mile. He even took care of our table for us and asked us how our day was going. Make sure some of the front counter people take a lesson from him about how to approach and interact with guests!
