Terrible customer service as well as infighting between employees in front of customers. I love chipotle but I will not come back to this location again. It’s a mess in here too. This table has been like this the whole time I have been eating and there not even busy up at the bar.

I just walked in and was standing in line when an employee walked out of the bathroom, straight to the back and put on gloves that were hanging over the hand washing sink. She never washed her hands. Her soiled hands touched clean gloves then proceeded to touch the man in front of me food. Also, everything on the line was low and dried to the pan. The brown beans were empty and dried up, the chicken was low and dry as well as other ingredients. The rice was only one full. I walked out. 8/13/2025 at 3:30pm.

As another reviewer pointed out, this restaurant is absolutely filthy with unswept floors and trash overflowing. On a positive note, the bathroom did appear as if it had been cleaned within the past 24 hours.

It’s always fun to see what ingredients this location doesn’t have. I don’t believe I have ever visited when they have everything. Tonight there was no white rice. Really?! No white rice at 6:45pm?! You gotta do better.

I go to Chipotle about 10 times per month. The Waynesboro location has to be one of the worst stores that I have went to. Everytime I go in, issue.....out of chicken.....out of rice, etc. Sometimes the location isn't even open. Sign on the door will say...have to order on the App. Today, server was slopping everything into the bowl (complete mess). Sliding the bowl thru Sour cream that was on the counter and I voiced my concern. The manager behind the register just looked at me. She then just tossed my bowl and chips in the bag like with an attitude as if she was taking up for her sloppy server. I said something about just slamming my stuff in the bag and she just smirked at me. Will never go back in the is LOCATION again. NEVER.
Limited supplies and poor proportions. Charlottesville chipotles are better

I placed an order through Uber eats with plenty of time before close. I got a salad in it was pinto beans, salsa, cheese, fajita veggies, steak and sour cream. THE BOWL HAD NO SALAD MIX IN IT!! I got a bowl of beans with no more than 5 pieces of steak, NO veggies and barely any cheese. I also got a kids meal that had a literal tablespoon of veggies in it. I would give more grace if they would have notified me they were out of something but I got almost nothing in my order that I paid for. This is ridiculous.
