Decided to show up around an hour and some change before they closed and behold they are out of white rice and Barbacoa. Two of the main things people will get. Don’t understand how a restaurants most popular item is sold out over an hour before they closed. I guess show up 3 hours before they close to be able to get what you want.

I’ve always said I hate this chipotle. The staff always act like they don’t wanna work there. They’re always out of forks. And I always have to ask for a bottle of sauce. The place isn’t clean.
And to top it off for two bowls and two drinks, $40!

Decided to hit up Chipolte for a bowl after Christmas shopping around 3 o'clock. There was hardly any food in the bins.. The place was dirty as heck... Really like Chipotle but this location either needs new management or new employees or both. Hey Chipotle please get your establishments in order. Thanks your customers.

Dirtiest food serving line I've ever seen. My burrito wrapper got dragged through a morass of cheese and lettuce. It was so bad the cashier wrapped with another wrapper trying to hide it.

Ordered online, put pinto beans and got black beans, asked for extra green tomatillo salsa and got none instead, my girlfriend payed got guac on her bowl and got none, and they forgot to give the chocolate milk for my kid, just awful, how do you mess up this bad.

I ordered 2 bowls on Door Dash and it came with many missing ingredients. Sour cream was missing, lettuce was missing and guacamole was missing. They put no effort into making our bowls. This is extremely disappointing, especially from a chain that I enjoy eating from. After this experience, I will no longer order from Chipotle.

(11/26/25) Ordered Doordash around 9:40. I understand it was close to closing but I was craving it so badly. Ordered 2 bowls, and somehow they managed to forget some stuff in every bowl. Guac and sour cream in the first bowl. Romaine lettuce in the second bowl. I get it that the night staffs might be closing up, but i doubt it’s that hard to go in your fridge and grab a few of these things. I work in the restaurant field, I know these aren’t difficult tasks. Do better.

I can’t stand the employees here. Particularly the black guy that’s always on the line and the white woman. They have the WORST attitudes of anyone I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. The guy has zero social skills. Awkward, rude, mumbles, no manners. The white woman is the exact same. She practically tossed the bowl over to the guy at the register. I won’t come back here. Really unpleasant experience every time and I’ve had enough. It takes everything in me to ignore their attitudes and not say something to either of them. I also looked at the reviews before I posted this and they’re terrible of course. They all have the same running theme; rude staff. How many complaints does this place need to get before corporate addresses this? Does someone need to just film their interaction with this staff and post it on TikTok for corporate to take it seriously?? I’ll be contacting corporate myself.

I was so excited that they were coming to Waynesboro only to find the restaurant unclean and unwelcoming. 2 visits only to find empty food bins at the counter not to mention all the dirty dishes stacked up in the back. Seems like noone is making an effort to present a great atmosphere. Hope it improves so I can go back.

Horrible service from the lady in the front , this young female does not even want to make a tip in her life , never coming back to this location. When I asked her how much was for extra chicken her answer was “ i don’t know “ when she was the one charging costumers…. Plus when I asked her why the chicken was in such small pieces she said “ idk they cut it like that and just gave me a small spoon “ so the lady working today , Friday 14th in the morning shift … just go back and maybe send some job applications to a different place …

This my first time ever leaving a comment because ever single time I come or I get my food it’s trash , starting from the customer service to the food ! Unwelcoming & never have any ingredients , not cooked correctly or something . I moved out here 5 months ago and everytime I come they always say they don’t have this or don’t have that without offering to make it or anything . I absolutely love chipotle since a kid and this the first time I moved to an area where the chipotle taste so nasty . They always out of salad dressing at this point don’t even sale it . I’m currently waiting on my DoorDash order now hoping it will be better each time and I’m always disappointed , my dash already how rude & unfriendlandy they was to him ! * 1st review in my life *

The other reviews almost scared me away, but I wouldn't hesitate to come here! Totally fine, clean dining room when I arrived, friendly service and they were hustling for a mini dinner rush. Also one of the most stuffed/awesome quesadillas I've had in a long time! (I don't do online orders so can't speak to that but walking in and ordering was smooth and pretty quick!)
