First time ever at Chipotle and will probably be my last. Entire dining room was dirty, most of the food looked like it's been sitting for days, the line and counter had food all over it and only had 1 couple in the dining room. To top it off, the guy at the register is the one that rolled my burrito 😵 never again. I gave 2 stars for service because the employees I interacted with were nice, other than that negative 5 stars. Do better

Ordered crunchy taco shells, when I got home I played with my new phone for a few hours and then went to eat! HAD SOFT SHELLS WHICH I HATE🤬 that’s why I DID NOT ORDER THEM! In the trash can they went!

This location needs customer service, restaurant cleaning, and food stock training. Where are the managers? If there is one in this location, it doesn't look like it. Chipotle isn't cheap for a few rice beans and protien. I can make this at home. Sometimes you just want to enjoy a lunch out. There definitely isn't an even exchange of value. If you cannot find good people to work, why stay in this location? It makes no logical business sense.

The Waynesboro Chipotle is the worst I have ever been too- this place is a total disaster. I know the definition of insanity but I had hope that a miracle would happen and that if I gave it some time, things would get better - I was so wrong - each time its worse than before. They Fail every time- the food trays are always consistently dry or empty. With time and experience you would assume that people will get better at something right? They should get the apprentice treatment- YOUR FIRED !!! If you want to know how a proper Chipotle menu is supposed to be prepared - please go to Harrisonburg or Charlottesville. This place should be shut down right away as they are an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand- so Sad. Taco Bell is even a better option

I got food to go and every table was full when I went in. Those complaining about it being messy do not take into count how crazy busy it gets during its busiest times. It takes time to catch up. The kitchen is always the first to get detailed cleaned, then restock the food, then the floor. Maybe I am just too understanding and am not weak minded and pick at the small things. If it was too dirty to sit inside and eat, then I would change it to go and eat it outside, my car, or just go home with it. Stuff happens and I won't make excuses to be pampered and catered, too. ( Of course if it happens more than once than ok, but some said it was their first and last time going. )

The young lady who waited on us was rude beyond rude!!! She made sure we knew they were short handed and literally slammed our bowls down at each step!!!! Still torqued that we even ate there. Won’t be back…
Have been 3 times with the first two being OK but the last was terrible. Got my bowl home and the chicken was ice cold like it just came out of a freezer. The lettuce and guac made it impossible to up. I love Chipotle but will be waiting a while for this location to get it together before going back.

Horrid experience, staff is absolutely horrid to deal with, no sour cream, no chips and the place is filthy. Was at this location 8+/- months ago and witnessed the Manager (female) at the time cuss someone out in the drive thru. Music was so loud you couldn't hear the staff what little they did speak, felt like we were at a rave with the side show looking staff and music on earthquake level.
