Frustrated! All Cookouts are supposed to be "made to order" and served hot (that is the theme of the restaurant...'fresh as a cookout'-- hello?) BUT they are cooking the burgers way ahead of time and serving them cold after obviously sitting aside for who knows how long. This is the second time it happened in two weeks. Other CookOut burgers have always been served piping hot and freshly made. Service is super friendly... but cutting corners like this just is... bad food. Wish it was made to order and hot...unfortunately not good vibes with the COLD/dry heat lamped burgers at all. :-(

Always a great experience at the cookout, I frequent here for a very good reason! Great prices, fast and friendly staff, a HUGE menu offering great food every day and a vast variety of milkshakes. Cook out, please never change, you are a southern gem. This location specifically gets 10/10 stars if I could give it!
Great value for the money. Couldn't get any worker to come out from the back to take my order so got back in my vehicle and went to the drive thru then went back inside to eat my order

Good food and fast service. My milkshake was so thick I couldn't get it through the straw and it was still good after 20 min drive home

I ate there three times and wasnt happy with it at all .The burgers was way over cooked and dry all three times I've been there.
