Our server was really nice. Had to send my eggs back. Asked for scrambled eggs, eggs were not done. Asked for a spoon twice to stir my coffee. Ended up using my fork. Exchanged my eggs for apples. Not the normal experience.

In town from out of town to visit parents. Tried multiple times to use the app to order my parents breakfast to take to them. Every time I would go to pay, the cart would empty. Went inside to order, and the cashier called for a server. No one ever came for 15 minutes, all the time I tried to get the app to work. I finally told the cashier that I’ve tried the app multiple times and no one ever came to take my order. Told her I was leaving and she said sorry. Nice young lady and not her fault but CB maybe train on how to recover a poor customer service situation. That way you won’t get poor reviews

When it’s busy, it can be extremely noisy! The support staff at this location is superb! Sometimes food portions vary; not sure why? Continually seem to run out of some food items, ie, broccoli

We brought home Thanksgiving dinner for 15 people. Picking up the food on Wednesday was very well organized The directions for heating the food were complete and easy to understand. The food was all delicious and there was plenty of food with leftovers. I will order again next year!

I ordered pumpkin and pies for Thanksgiving dinner. They both were awful. driest crust that totally crumbled and tasted like cardboard. the filling was not good and not moist. i will never order either of them again.
