Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

They seem to be cutting corners on the quality of their food. Food items that were not up to Cracker Barrel standards in the past years are now being served to customers. We still eat there regularly but not as often as in the past.

The floor is covered with trash, the ladies room was a mess, I ordered coffee it was cold .

The number of things that they were out of when I went this afternoon. It was astonishing.

Took two other employees to get our server to assist us after waiting 20 minutes. Two other tables that were sat after us had drinks before we were acknowledged.

They need to add Scrapple to the Menu & Cubed crispy homefries.

The quintessential feel good place to have a home-cooked style meal. The people are super nice too. Just go there!

Sat down almost immediately after getting there. Server came out reasonably fast to take drink order and we went ahead and ordered our meal at that time as well. Took 10 min to get drinks: water and tea. We then waited another 45 min for our food to arrive. Now it was hot. But there was a table that was seated after us and ordered after us and there food came out 10 min before ours did. The Sunday rush was over it was 230 pm when we got there and the place was not full. This is the second time at this location this year that something similar has happened. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. I will say that cracker barrel has gone down in the last year or so. It use to be a go to restraint for my family. I say for right now that that is no longer the case. Get it together.

I watched one of the servers tonight as she was so patient with an elderly man who was dining alone.
Clarissa almost intuited the man needed help cutting his chicken sandwich. She offered to help before he asked, and she was so kind and generous w her time.
Then she saw he was having trouble with the ketchup bottle — he didn’t have the strength to squeeze the ketchup out of the bottle. She stepped right in, again offering her help, to which he gratefully received.
My meal was delicious, and watching this seldom seen act of human kindness made it all that much better.
Kudos, Clarissa. You are helping restore the faith of humanity without even knowing the positivity you spread to an onlooking stranger.

Brianna did a great job serving two tired and hungry workers after a day of remodeling. Good food, a fair price fast. What more can you ask for? Thank you Cracker Barrel.

One of my favorite places to eat. Food is always delicious. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful especially the servers. They come back to the table often to check if anything is needed. Restaurant is clean including bathroom, tables and utensils.
