A long time group of friends was in town to celebrate the amazing life of a dear friend who passed through the veil.
We rolled up deep and took over some high tops in front. Minor mayhem ensued. Shots, beers, and food. All was timely and great.
Can't say enough positive things about the service we received.
Matt in particular was boss level service. He already had a full bar and during the ensuing hours had multiple turns at every bar seat, nevermind the tables.
Grateful and blessed.
Ty Matt and Delly Up fam.

Delly Up is a delightful sandwich shop. Their sandwiches are exceptionally flavorful, thanks to the high-quality bread from Carter's Specialty Breads. I enjoyed both an Italian sub and a turkey on rye sandwich on separate occasions. The bread was delicious, bursting with flavor, and held all the fillings for each sandwich together until the last bite. The shop also offers a wide selection of beverages, homemade pickles, and chips. It appears Delly Up has curated the finest local ingredients, creating a truly enjoyable experience for its patrons. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I was there lastnight just to grab a quick bite on a gf bun! Matt was such a great host. I stayed for karaoke and absolutely had an incredible time. This place on Thursday nights is a hidden gem. Such entertaiment from the regular singers! Cannot wait for next week. Thank you all.

This is a cheery casual lunch spot with sunny window seating and great service. The sandwiches are top notch! I got the Phantom, with hot roast beef, caramelized onions, havarti, and a pesto mayonnaise on a ciabatta roll. I would definitely order this again! My son got the TBA with turkey, bacon, avocado spread and a chipotle mayonnaise. He loved it! It's clear that the owner takes pride in offering high quality food and generous portions at very reasonable prices. All the sandwiches are served with housemade kettle chips and a pickle spear. There are a wide array of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The dining area is roomy and clean with simple tables and chairs, a little bit reminiscent of a corner drug store from back in the day. Large windows give views of Main Street and Wayne Avenue. The quiet atmosphere makes it easy to have a meal time conversation. Definitely give this place a shot if you have not. Two thumbs up!

I’ve lived in Colorado, India, and Southern California as well as here in Virginia. I’ve had some great sandwiches in my time. I’ve had AMAZING sandwiches in Mumbai India, and the other in Los Angeles at a place called Mike’s Deli DTLA. I never thought I’d find an amazing sandwich to match that in Virginia, let alone downtown Waynesboro, but here we are. Delly Up has some amazing sandwiches. The bread is fresh and if it’s toasted, you better bet it’s toasted perfectly. The fillings are also fresh, the sauces well made, the variety wide. But here’s the kicker, you can have all that but still have a mediocre or just “good” sandwich. What makes Delly Up AMAZING is HOW they put it together. What goes next to what for the best flavor profile, how much of each ingredients so you aren’t overwhelmed with one flavor or (worst yet) have a sandwich so thick it spills out the side. Each bite of every sandwich I’ve had at Delly Up has been as perfect as the last. The TBA is my new favorite. Deliciousness. The service is kind and fun, the restaurant is very clean. You can tell the pride everyone takes in their work there. If you haven’t tried Delly Up, you should. This is the BEST sandwich you’re likely to get unless you plan on visiting LA or Mumbai anytime soon.
Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options and they can work with you to make your perfect meal.

It’s my first time coming here and it was amazing. The places was very clean and service was amazing. The Tuna sub was so good and even my 2 year ate all his food. They were very kind and nice explaining to me it is the bread was gluten free. And even told me about their gluten free cookies and gave me one to try. This was some of the best service I have had in a good min. And the dizzy apple was soo good. They have homemade chips which was good. I will becoming back here. I will say that it’s shouldn’t charger me 3 dollar to sub for gluten free bread.
Dietary restrictions: Have a gluten sensitivity and had gluten free bread.

A great little sandwich shop with responsive staff. Diverse menu with a skilled eye toward tasty contents. It's a bit noisy and tight on space, but well worth a visit. If you go once, you will add it to your go-to places.

Overpriced unedible sandwich got the curried chicken and was unable to eat it due to every bite I took all the toppings just slide out, chicken was cut in huge chunks menu said grilled chicken nothing about a chicken salad sandwich which is what I received extremely disappointed on top of that it had a weird taste which I did not find pleasant to spend $14 on a sandwich and chips that I couldn't eat without wearing. So between this experience in my last this will probably be it for me eating there The last sandwich I got was a turkey club and the turkey was slimy do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Spent $40 and end up throwing half of my food away.
