*employees posting positive reviews is crazy š I placed a mobile order at the Waynesboro, Va location and when my husband picked up the order they informed him that they were short 6 donuts. This was a custom order as it was for a cheer team so we needed exactly what we had ordered. They just stood there staring at my husband clueless as to what to do. They ended up calling the Fishersville, Va location for the missing donuts. When my husband brought the order home, the quality of the donuts from the Fishersville restaurant was far better than what the Waynesboro location had given us. The other 18 donuts did not meet my expectations. The leftover donuts were so dry the next day that we couldnāt even eat them. I spent almost $60 on this order. I called to speak to a manager, but ended up speaking to a very rude young lady who said the manager wasnāt there and she was the shift lead. She told me it wouldnāt do any good to speak to him anyway because he didnāt care and neither did corporate. I told her about my dissatisfaction with my order and she told me she couldnāt give my money back because I didnāt like the way the donuts looked. She said, āWe have a bunch of high school kids working here so maybe we need to fire them and get a whole new staff.ā I have reached out to corporate multiple times and my issue still has not been resolved 3 weeks later. I was promised a full refund, but never received it. They just keep giving me the run around. Iām afraid the rude young lady I spoke to at the Waynesboro location was indeed correct. They do not care! This is what is on the Dunkin website ā¦ Make It Right Guarantee From now on, your Dunkin' run comes with a promise: If your order ever misses the mark, just let us know and we'll make it right. They do not stand behind this promise.

Love this location. I am a Dunkin regular I come everyday, Iāve tried other locations, but the one girl that is always working in the morning is an AMAZING EMPLOYEE! she remembers a lot of peoples orders and is typically quick and reliable for quality of product. Will forever go to Waynesboro just bc of this! #sixdollarmealdeal

I had the worst experience ever going to this Dunkin. The young lady at the drive thru had a very nasty, rude and condescending attitude! She mentioned that she was a shift lead but refused to give me her name. She mentioned that the restaurant was out of bacon and i simply asked if she was able to substitute for another protein. She wasnāt clear at all about if this was possible and then proceeded to charge me for each individual item instead of the meal that I asked for. When I tried explaining that to her she refused to listen and said āI said weāre out of baconā then resorted to name calling and age discrimination. She called me ābig ageā and it was a very upsetting situation. I completely flabbergasted and have never been treated this badly at any restaurant or business.

I had the worst drive through experience that Iāve had in years this past Saturday am. Unbelievably long wait for a cup of regular coffee, poor communication at the speaker and I certainly will never return. I would advise anyone even considering this place to avoid at all costs.
Coffee was great. Sandwich could gave been better. Croissant was a day + old. Thankfully toasted

I came through the drive thru this morning. The lady working the window was very rude - caught an attitude all because i wanted to pay with apple pay. Fast forward, I took a sip of my drink to which it tasted like eating sand! There was a ton of sugar sitting at the bottom of my coffee - absolutely disgusting !

The staff is fine, only ever had one or two people be kinda short which I get bc dealing with the public is stressful. The coffee quality has slipped immensely over the past year and change. The iced coffee taste like itās old, like someone is making coffee using old soggy coffee grounds rather than fresh. Even the cold brew is suffering in flavor. Dunkn use to be a favorite for me and my kid but Iām not paying for crap coffee with so many other local spots opening up. Idk if itās a company thing, a new policy to save on inventory by reusing grounds, or a new recipe but it sucks and people can tell that one of the main things yall are known for is suffering. Itās not just this location, Staunton is about 15-20 minutes away and theirs tastes the same. Maybe something to address with your higher ups, maybe youāll read the review and think Iām a Karen, either way is fine but if your coffee sucks and thatās what youāre known for, itās not the best look. Whatās the slogan, America runs on dunkn, well this is gonna make people run from dunkn.
