Food was great, service was amazing. Server was very kind and respectful. Ty is definitely a cool dude
The girls here are really sweet and everything is always made correctly. I posted my go to order. It’s delicious.
The staff is fine, only ever had one or two people be kinda short which I get bc dealing with the public is stressful. The coffee quality has slipped immensely over the past year and change. The iced coffee taste like it’s old, like someone is making coffee using old soggy coffee grounds rather than fresh. Even the cold brew is suffering in flavor. Dunkn use to be a favorite for me and my kid but I’m not paying for crap coffee with so many other local spots opening up. Idk if it’s a company thing, a new policy to save on inventory by reusing grounds, or a new recipe but it sucks and people can tell that one of the main things yall are known for is suffering. It’s not just this location, Staunton is about 15-20 minutes away and theirs tastes the same. Maybe something to address with your higher ups, maybe you’ll read the review and think I’m a Karen, either way is fine but if your coffee sucks and that’s what you’re known for, it’s not the best look. What’s the slogan, America runs on dunkn, well this is gonna make people run from dunkn.
Their product is pretty consistent from store to store but the service can be inconsistent, especially at certain times. Be careful on a Saturday morning!!! But…I come here frequently and will continue to do so.
We had a really good experience here. The service was fast and friendly. Our chai latte was perfectly made. Inside of the store was super clean, including the restrooms. This location is definitely better than all the other locations we had tried on our journey.
I always loved Dunkin’ Donuts and actually worked at Dunkin as a teenager. I am constantly disappointed by the way they just throw a frosted donut in the bag with the frosting placed down in the bag. Don’t they realize that makes a mess and ruins the frosting! Use common sense people!!
This is a good place. Dunkin donuts has the best donuts ever in my honest opinion. My favorites are the white cream filled donuts and the krullers I love them too. I highly recommend Dunkin.
So awesome (I didn’t go) but I got a fabulous drink

Never again, you can't get any of the donuts you like they're always out. I wish I knew who interviews and hires these employees because they're so rude.

Never have what you want. 4th time trying and dame Ole same Ole. Went for the Halloween bucket, no more buckets left but they could put it in a box. I say sure. We get two flavors of Donut holes because they were out of the 3 popular ones. Awful attitudes, awful service, awful variety.

I am giving a one star rating because I have to, but today was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Horrible customer service, especially from the long haired blonde girl at the register. She was very rude to us and everyone in the waiting area. Good thing I live in Colorado and I don’t have to come back to this place because I will not ever
