Never have what you want. 4th time trying and dame Ole same Ole. Went for the Halloween bucket, no more buckets left but they could put it in a box. I say sure. We get two flavors of Donut holes because they were out of the 3 popular ones. Awful attitudes, awful service, awful variety.

Horrible customer service, especially from the long haired blonde girl at the register. She was very rude to us and everyone in the waiting area. I'm really attempting to see if everyone wants to help me with a false advertisement against Dunkin. I'm getting sick and tired of going to a dunkin and NOT having the boo basket. That's false advertisement. I have it on my location app that I've been here twice and both time they've been out. Everyone i know says the same. Get yalls shit together.-For management. The associates are always super nice each time.

Ordered online the day before I needed it. When I arrived they didn’t have my order and were out. Couldn’t refund me because I ordered through the app.
This is a busy little donut store; customers coming and going. Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms. Always hot coffee served with a smile. Customer service is plentiful. Come and enjoy a donut and cup of coffee.

***9/30/24 DO NOT GO HERE, it’s terrible*** 1) I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. I got a cold medium with no sugar
2) I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I got sausage.
3) I ordered 2 chocolate donuts. We got 2 plain donuts
If you can’t even try to get it right then don’t bother at all. JUST CLOSE YOUR DOORS. THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
