This has become our go-to for Thanksgiving. It is very busy on the holidays but everything runs so smoothly that the wait goes quickly. I have never seen a grouchy or surely person on the staff. The service (and yes, buffets can offer good service) is not only efficient and polite, but friendly as well. I think the manager may be related to the Energizer bunny - he's upbeat and on-the-go but greets customers like old friends that he is thrilled to see again.
