Over 30 dollars for three items, The biscuits were not marked, if you cannot do breakfast and lunch without having people waiting in drive through forever then switch lunch to 11:30 or 12:00 pm, medium hashbrowns look too small the Carton they’re in looks like a small, if you pay for a medium or a large we expect a medium or a large, corporate needs to revert the box changes to medium and large, if I pay for a meal I expect get what I’m paying for, prices have been up to a ridiculous amount, if if I wanted to pay over $40 dollars or even $30 + would go to Cracker Barrel or Buffalo Wild Wings or go to the Moose Lodge at least their prices are reasonable, fast food isn’t fast food anymore The portions are cut in half and prices are up to high, service isn’t even fast anymore when Mary used to work at this Hardee’s everything run a lot smoother now it’s went downhill.

It’s one thing being busy, it’s another thing to have complete lack of regard for your customers. It took my husband and I over 40 minutes to order, get our food, and leave. The girl working the register was also very clueless and wasn’t helping the situation. She rang our order up wrong multiple times. When she finally got it right, she just stared off to the side and didn’t give us our cups. We had to ask for them. I don’t remember how long we waited for our food, but when we finally got it, it was wrong. I didn’t even leave the counter because I saw it was wrong immediately. I waited a while, made eye contact with two different employees multiple times, and was completely ignored, along with multiple other customers I saw before me when I was waiting on my food. I finally said excuse me after being fed up with it and got my missing food. Only to realize I was given zero utensils to eat a biscuit and gravy with. My husband went back in the actual line, waited multiple minutes in line, got to the register, only for the cashier to stare at the tickets for 6 minutes just standing there before turning back around when my husband said something. That’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I work in fast food myself and would never treat customers that way.

Terrible. This place has gone down hill so bad. You can’t get through the drive thru. Maybe one car can in 30 minutes. It’s like they hold the line up on purpose. You go inside and that line never moves. People behind the counter not lifting a finger. Someone takes an order here and there and then stands there looking dazed and confused. When you ask about your order, have coupons, or need something, you get attitude in return. Nobody cleans anything inside. You literally stick to the floor. We have gotten out of line went somewhere else got our food and passed back by and the same cars are still in line.

My biscuit was soooo dark not burnt but not appealing. Hard. Thier breakfast is usually good. I was sad to come home and eat this.

Order two cinnamon and raisin biscuits they were microwaved so much they burn a hole in the bottom of the container and they were hard as rocks and all the icing ran all over my clothes

They had a car sitting in the drive thru the whole time eating in their car. Before we ordered the girl they were out of chicken cause it was frozen. I’ve worked at fast food before and we use to drop just that order. I believe it was there ppls holding up the drive thru because there were no cars in the parking lot, only all the cars that was waiting to order that also left. This place always do this, this is just the first time I decided to report. Another time they called the police on a guy that was trying to order and made the guy feel like it was him. I did not get involved but this time allow me to see that the employees just don’t want to serve.
