Person taking order has zero communication skills. Had to repeat things a few times and you have to fight to get a word over the co workers laughing. Gas station chicken has caught up with kfc in almost everything but the price. KFC is much higher with poor service

I have never, ever waited so long for food,l at a fast food place, and there were no other inside customers! The take outs were flying out the door, the personnel were laughing and joking (ok, to be fair they like their teammates) we just drove 13 hours only stopping for gas with 3 children. 35 minutes??????

45 minute wait on chicken tenders. Always comically slow. The employees are trying but short staffed. If your cook isn’t there why are you open/taking mobile orders?

I called this store today at 12:55 because I placed a door dash and on door-dash it doesn’t give you the option to select green beans as a side, So I called so I can get it switched I mean why wouldn’t I. I PAID FOR IT. When I did a lady answered the phone very rudely cutting me off saying No we have to make it how it’s ordered and I kindly respond Yes but i’m paying for it and I’m the one asking you to change it, She kept having side conversations the entire time while talking to me and then eventually just hung up, When I called back a guy answered this time with the same demeanor rambling on about what they couldn’t change and then he finally says yes we put mac in cheese in there for you like idk if they are all off some type of drugs or what but I clearly said green beans to both him and her and They are clueless and rude as hell to what’s going on! I will never come to this store again!

2015 Rosser Ave, Waynesboro Va 22980 is such trash I went to order my food and NOBODY ASKED CAN I TAKE YOU ORDER OR ANYTHING BUT THE WHITE LADY THAT WAS WORKING THE FRONT ACT LIKE SHE NEVER SEEN ME AT THE REGISTER BUT SHE FOUND HER WAY TO THE COUNTER TO HELP ALL THE WHITE CUSTOMERS THAT HAD TAKE OUT ORDERS BUT LOOKED AT ME AND ACTED LIKE I WAS NOT THERE SO I HAD TO CANCEL A $123.59 dollar order because of the sorry customer service

the last two times I've been to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Waynesboro one it was an hour wait the second time was 25 minute wait

Ordered online. Had to wait 25 minutes while others came in and placed their order and got served. They didn't even get the order right. Then, I had to correct the order a second time. Go somewhere else this place is a disaster.

I live in Lyndhurst and haven't been to KFC for a long time and I decided I would like to try again because I've had numerous problems with KFC there. Once again I've been disappointed the chicken was extremely dry and inedible. The chicken portions have went way downhill in size. I paid almost $32 for two three-piece meals and was disgusted for what I receive for that price. There was I guess the manager, a new girl and a cook in the back. The manager acted like she was pissed off and very short with the customers. So my advice to you is if you don't go out very often and you want something good to eat absolutely pass that place by!

I don't know what's wrong with this location, I was the only person in the restaurant and almost had to walk out waiting to get my order taken. Food came out medium, warm, and honestly just didn't taste that good. Overall. Overall, just a sad experience. Probably won't return to the Waynesboro location.
