Don't do it. Service was terrible. Food was cold. It didn't even melt the cheese that was on top.

After a long day, I ordered door dash from here. Really didn't want to go into town, still needed to feed family, after being delayed earlier in the day. Order text at 4:48. My dasher messaged saying he was going to unassign, they told him they couldn't cook chicken for another 45 minutes. I completely understood him unassigning. Everything KFC related was then removed from my app. I called the store location and was 1st told they only had 2 pickup orders, then told it had been already picked up. Which is it? I called door dash who said another driver accepted it and was on her way to pick it up. Its still active (my last driver did in fact unassign) which could be why it isn't showing. That was at 6:23. I get a text from KFC at 6:41 saying they cancelled the order, contact the store for more information. Yes, almost 2 hours later.
Everyone had KFC on their minds, so I said I would go get it. It only took less than 10 minutes to get a 12 piece meal with extra sides from drive-thru. Get home open it all to feed this mob of people here. Open the chicken and... Omg!! There were only 8 pieces!! I ordered 12, I paid for 12, received 8. The price difference is a good bit. I was furious and my husband and I only ate the sides to make sure our kids and guest got chicken. I hate to Leave bad reviews and if I am leaving one, its bad!! I'd call the store to complain (again) but she lied to me in the first place, so why make a long day longer, dealing with untruthful people. This was one last shot at the waynesboro location. Pop eyes it is from now on. Sad to see it go down hill so badly.

I live in Waynesboro Virginia and every day and then I would like to have a pot pie one in 10 times. They may have one all other times I go up there either don’t have any or you have to wait 25 minutes. I cannot stand to continue to go to a business with KFC reputation of Kentucky fried good chicken Maybe so but the service at Waynesboro office is the worst. I have to drive to the nearby city Charlottesville or Staunton to be able to get what I want. Never had a problem.

Worst place not open on time went 1030 supposed to open at 10 another time went and got almost black chicken they never change oil when bought chicken back they replaced it with more bad chicken managers have bad attitude not nice don't recommend going there

I went at about 1pm. The cashier who's name was Dion said he would bring my food when it was ready. In about 3 minutes he yelled your food is ready. It s been sitting here for 15 minutes.Very rude! The men's bath had litter all over the place. The sad thing is that their were only 3 customers. All the neighboring restaurants were very busy. Do they not have a manager?

I would give 0 if I could. I was waiting on the food when I seen a cook drop a piece of chicken on the floor then pick it up and threw it in the fryer. I told the guy working the counter and he chose not to act. Never step in this place again

The worst experience every. Took forever to take our order, then got attitude when we asked a question about why we had to park,why wasn't anything cook.This is the 3rd time we had serious problems there This was today 3:00pm the gentleman claimed he from Charlottesville very nasty. I'm done with this place. You don't even deserve one star.

This was the most ridiculous KFC I have ever visited. Walked in. There were 3 people ahead if me who had ordered and were waiting for their food. I stood there 15 minutes and not one employee approached the register to take my order. The literally sent a dude out to sweep the empty dining room instead of taking my order. Ridiculous. I walked out and found somewhere else to eat.

The biscuits were doughy & some of the chicken tenders had a jelly-like consistency. As recent reviews stated, someone is not cooking the food all the way. I have been sick for a few days since this meal, having to take time off from work. Today is day 3, I have a worse fever and keep vomiting. Even my dog was sick from eating a small piece of the chicken. I will not eat here ever again.

Nasty. The food was very old. The chicken nuggets were inedible. When I called to complain the local number wasn't in service. The national number answered but wouldn't do anything about it. Might as well through your money in the trash.
