I live in Staunton where they have another Little Caesars but we drive the extra ten miles because the Waynesboro store is just flat out better. Assistant manager is very helpful and accommodating!

I waited 40 mins for my pizza last night. 3 guys were working. 2 were working hard. 1 was shuffling around barely lifting a finger. You could tell the other two guys were aggravated. I didnt get my free breadsticks from my online order. And didnt even bother to rectify it because the one guy shuffling around basically just dropped my food on the counter. Wanted me to put my code in the pick up machine. Only for me to put it in 3 times and get invalid code for him to realize he didnt do anything on his side, then walk away like he couldnt be bothered. I know the other two guys looked fed up and annoyed. I felt really bad for them. Pizza and breadsticks were great. Just terrible customer service.

I enjoy the pizza, and the service has always been provided with a greeting smile and friendliness!
Order 2 pizzas, one had the pizza dough under cooked as well as the toppings wrong. All of the toppings were in the middle of the pizza as well. The guy at the drive thru window insisted that we come inside to get the pizzas until we refused to do so. Then we informed that we would have to wait on a new pizza because they were backed up. Would not recommend this location.

Great place for pizza, wings and Italian cheesy bread. There is ample free parking. The ac was out in store but the food was on point. Ordered in store and walked out 15 minutes later with order. Cashier was friendly and made the most of his working conditions.
