I have ordered dinner from McAlister's every other Friday for over a year for my daughter and I. The last several times there have been nothing but issues. I've called every time asking to be refunded for food/drinks I never receive. Everytime I am told a manager will call me back and doesn't. The staff that answers the phone are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I get you are short staffed and busy. Everyone is. McAlister's Deli is a fantastic place with perfect portion sizes and a great variety of sides and sandwiches. They don't skimp on the meat, and the customer service is wonderful. The sandwiches were not soggy, but just perfect. Vegetarian-friendly options like the veggie spud are available. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and the service is top-notch, even accommodating last-minute dining requests. This location is convenient, easy to get in and out of, and has a good selection of delicious food. They are the best. Shelby made one for me and brought it out to my car. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal experience.
