Food tastes great, but don’t order delivery, even directly from the website. We’ve done this several times and we’re ALWAYS missing something. Today, it was all sides. Not a huge deal but when you’re spending $77 for THREE meals, you expect it to be right. This was NOT on DoorDash, but direct thought the website. They farm out to DoorDash drivers, but ordering direct gives you no option to file a “claim” for missing food.

We ordered a variety of sandwiches for a take-out working lunch. The food was excellent. The sandwiches were not soggy, but just perfect. Thank you. I do wish you made your own potato chips.

The food was good, had some issues at the register, and Salad was huge!! Kids meal was good! Mac and cheese chefs kiss 🤌

Who doesn’t love a good potato/bacon soup with a half club sandwich on the side?
This location is convenient, easy to get in and out of, and has a good selection of delicious food.

I haven’t been thru this area in 20 years and on a roadtrip I was passing thru the area and thought OMG I’ve got to get a McAlisters sweet tea b/c they are the best. I pulled up and oh, no!,, they were closed! I called to see when they open and Shelby answered, come to find out I’m an hour and a half early, I was crushed- but you know what?? Shelby made one for me and brought it out to my car. I am both delighted and flabbergasted as this is the most amazing above and beyond thing a restaurant could do in my opinion. Shelby is AMAZING and this kind of service deserves recognition both companywide and also on Google. Thank you so much!!!! You made my day :)

In one word ..... Filthy....
Old and current food smeared on the booth partitions. ( Not just one but several) . Empty tables with food left on them. Booth seats severely delaminated. Material badly coming off.
Food was okay.... Nothing great ...
Ordered two sandwiches 2 drinks and one cup and one bowl of potato soup..... $42

I've been coming to this restaurant almost once a week since February, after making several site visits to a construction project locally. My last five meals left me with the runs a few hours later. Each time it was the only meal I had except for some coffee for breakfast. I tried picking different things in case it was just me, but it didn't change. I'm concerned after searching online and seeing this is a trend from some other customers.

I use to enjoy eating here. The chicken sandwich came out warm on the outside and cold I'm the middle. The brioche was falling apart. The flavor was awful. $37 for the two of us to eat and we both felt like it was a waste. We will cross McAllister's off our list of places to eat.

Great food. Steamer sandwich is so tasty. Friendly staff and I love the free refill on my iced tea. Conveniently located.
