I ordered a medium hot chocolate I paid five dollars for it. I asked for whipped cream caramel drizzle chocolate syrup, French vanilla flavoring, caramel flavoring, which is why it cost five dollars and I got a regular hot chocolate. That's ridiculous 😒 🙄 😐

This is awful, tonight 9.30 or so I ordered a McRib combo the gentleman was very nice but I get home no bbq sauce and cold inside I had to throw it out.
Gave up waiting on my order after waiting over an hour. I wasn't the only one. Lobby was filled with other people who weren't getting their orders either.
Staff was focused on only moving drive thru and were barely answering customers at the front counter. Couldn't even get a refund.

Worst service ever I ordered a four-piece nugget and had to wait 10 minutes and then when I asked why I had to wait 10 minutes for a four-piece nugget the black lady with blue hair stated I just clocked in rudely when I seen her hand out multiple orders and then I told the manager about it all and he said I'm sorry no offer to make it better or nothing worst McDonald's ever

EVERYtIME I come through drive thru I get parked. Yet I continue to come here but really need to do better. Had me sit in drive thru for 10 minutes then ask me to pull off to the side for another 4 minutes. I order ahead of time through the app to save myself and them time but never works. Food was made wrong but at this point I don't want to waste anymore time. McDonald's needs to do better.
