I wish i could give this mcdonalds 0 stars. i’ve worked in the town center for about a year now, and i can’t remember a single time they’ve gotten my order right. Today they messed up my order horrifically. They took my order incorrectly in the drive through i believe, due to them leaving a trainee to work it by herself. At the payment window they tried ringing me up for a rachelle, to which i corrected the man ringing me up and repeated my entire order. They still rung me up for the mobile order. At the food window they handed me her food and i repeated myself a multitude of times just trying to get a coffee. The manager i believe was the one to give me my coffee, and she didn’t apologize once for the fact that they royally screwed me over. This is a horrible location, and i recommend you go elsewhere for quick and cheap food.

I had DoorDash a strawberry milkshake and two strawberry cream pies. The milkshake I got wasn’t even a milkshake. It was a smoothie, but they made it look like a milkshake. And the pies that I got were burnt and looked terrible. Never ordering from that McDonald’s again.

If I could give zero I would, they messed my order up 3 times. If we had an allergy we would be messed up. When I tried to get my order fixed I was met with attitude. The worst McDonalds in Virginia . If you need a pit stop go anywhere else.

Came in to the lights on, door unlocked, cars in the parking lot and drive through but was rudely told to leave and that they were closed. Wonderful training.

Dirty tables, dirty bathroom, they got my order wrong, both orders (the wrong one and the corrected one) were cold. Not not hot enough but actually cold. Staff was disconnected. Very disappointing experience.

35 minutes waiting for food that was uncooked, incorrect, and thrown together like a toddler trying to finger paint with condiments. Who puts tartar sauce on a quarter pounder? This joke of a McDonald's. Doesn't matter when it's unsafe to eat anyway I suppose.

Take Flight

Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost none of the workers have any clue what they’re doing they get an attitude when you ask for where your order is and after waiting over an hour and then refuse to give you a refund absolutely not drive somewhere else outside of Waynesboro to get from McDonald’s. Entire lobby was full of people waiting for food and they wouldn’t give anybody refund so people were walking away and leaving food behind.

We left without our order after 27 minutes and our order wasn’t even showing on the board as “in progress.” No one at the counter to talk to about anything.

Rarely do I step into a fast food restaurant expecting great service these days. This location is the exception. I received my food in a timely matter even though it was the lunch rush. The staff was friendly and mentioned how much they appreciate kids. I even witnessed the supervisor handle a difficult customer calmly who was way out of line. Maybe fast food, at least at this location, is not dead.

Fries were cold. McCrispy Chicken not crispy and was soggy and cold. Sauces for chicken nuggets were all squished and leaked in the bag.

What's an acceptable time to wait for two happy meals? Four minutes? Six minutes? We ordered in the lobby, and it took 18 minutes. And they gave me an incorrect burger.
