The staff council people ordering on their mobile app where those self service machines at the counter. If you walk up to the real cash register to place a real order in person with a person, there are not many people to be found. I was very disappointed in that. I really like people service and I like real people contact. The Young person that handed me my order when it was ready just hand it to me without even looking at me or saying, thank you or even acknowledging that I took the bag from her … terrible staff training.

Ok update on both mcdonalds Shawn that works on west main like I said fixed what town center didnt also he was so understanding and listened he deserves a raise its doing a turnaroundsince he's been there,, not sure who the owner is at town center but he she must be a real humdinger,apparently my partner wanted to get food from west main word was that they had a fire so I went to town center,I'm not like at all tech savvy,so she set it all up that way when I got there all I had to do was press counter on the app then pay well I did that it said order will be ready at counter,the light skinned little girl at the register laughed at me n tried to hide it by randomly looking up at the menu her n a girl with long dark reddish hair laughed n just looked at me so the guy manager came out n helped but EVERYBODY THERE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL,THE KADY BEHIND ME WAS LIKE THEY ARE LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME RUDE won't fix your order,accuse you of lieing and turn around laugh AT YOU AND JUST SIT THERE,ALSO THEY ARE NOT LGBTQIA+ FRIENDLY THEY WERE OMG SO RUDE AS FAR QS IM CONCERNED I WILL CONTINUE TO POST UNTILL EVERYBODY KNOWS HOW THEY ARE WHAT THEY DO N HOW THEY TREAT AND TALK TO PEOPLE,I MEAN THIS LADY BEHIND ME OFFERED TO BUY ME FOOD N ALL HOWEVER I SECLINED BECAUSE I SAID I LIKE TO HAVE PROOF OF WHAT I ORDER INCASE BECAUSE THEY ACCUSE EVERYBODY OF LIEING,NO MORE IM DONE ITS DIRTY EVVVERRRYBODY IS HATEFUL,THEY TAKE THEIR TIME STILL MESSING UP ORDERS N REFUSE TO FIX IT,WHEN YOU WANT TO TALK TO A MANAGER THEY ACT JUST LIKE THE KIDS THAT WORK THERE N LAUGH AT YOU N JUDGE YOU IF YOUR PART OF THE LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY,WHEN IS THE HATRED GOING TO STOP THERE AND THE IGNORANCE? Drive-thru line was wrapped around the building so decided to go inside took 20 minutes to get my food people were asking for their money back asked for a large fry with no salt got a medium fry with extra salt definitely not Rush Ready

I ordered dine in every one was getting their food before me and ordered just scramble eggs and sausage I had already been there for 20 minutes I had to be to work in 20 minutes no time to eat a good breakfast. Trust me never again
