Ridiculous, ordered one medium coffee at drive thru. Prime breakfast time. No coffee, was told to pull forward. I waited and waited. I saw other cars behind me getting coffee. I finally backed up to the window when I had the chance after 11 minutes of waiting. I asked where my coffee was and they acted surprised and all they said was that they were busy. No apology or anything. This is used to be a good McDonald's, but has definitely went way down hill. From now on ill go to Dunkin Donuts, much better and faster service.

Honestly, probably the best service I’ve ever gotten from a McDonald’s. The food was fresh and hot and everyone was so nice, especially MJ. He walked around checking on customers and clearing trash from the tables. Also, the restaurant, including the restaurant were very clean.

No meat or cheese on my son's cheeseburger happy meal, which you now even have to pay extra to put cheese on. I repeat, because it's fing ridiculous...there was no MEAT or CHEESE on a CHEESEBURGER. 😶

This McDonald’s location is by far the worst in the Augusta, Waynesboro, and Staunton area. I strongly recommend taking the extra time to visit the Fishersville or downtown Waynesboro locations instead. This restaurant is consistently understaffed, leading to long wait times, slow service, incorrect orders, and food that just does not taste right. Even a manager advised me, without any prompting, to keep my receipt because, in their words, “they are not very good, and I will not be able to help you without it.” That alone says everything you need to know. Do yourself a favor and avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

This location consistently turns their lights off to look closed, or sometimes will actually close early regardless of the hours on the app so essentially you can place an order in the app and then get charged and never get your food because they’ve closed. There’s clearly a horrible franchisee and manager situation happening here if they can’t staff and pay competitively. And don’t even bother getting curbside at night, they’ll leave you to sit there forever.
