I've had to enter the store countless times to get my curbside order after seeing several other curbside customers park, have their order brought out and leave.Food-four stars because of discrepancies with what I ordered.Service-one star because of speed and accuracy of orders.Atmosphere-5 stars because I'm always in my car.

The food was unacceptable my burger was fully messed up and I wish I knew before I took a bite and one of the employees rushed me and had a very bad attitude my fries had a wired shade of pink also and the restaurant looked like a dump with wrappers and burgers

There hasn’t been a time that I’ve went to this McDonald’s and didn’t have a problem. Whether its missing food or waiting 30 minutes for some chicken nuggets. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes down the road to the fishersville mcdonalds.

I gave this place one star. You can't give it a rating without a star. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs go somewhere else, go hungry, this place has the absolute worst service I have ever seen. This store should be reviewed by McDonald's corporation and if they can improve it it should be closed. Never before have I been yelled at by a counter person complaining that they can't find employees and it's the reason they have to handle the drive-thru and can't handle the counter inside. This store is an embarrassment to McDonald's corporation.
