We did a take out order while passing through. We had the sweetest server bring our food. So friendly and timely. The food was perfect! Will definitely stop by this Outback again!

When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no wait time, and yet it took about 10 minutes to be noticed and greeted. We were then reseated twice. Food was okay, but the wife’s steak and coconut shrimp were overcooked . The service was pretty good, with the waitress being very attentive. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible meal, but we’ve had much better from this restaurant.

Placed a to-go order after I got off work and realized when I got home there had been a little mix up with the order, which was partly my fault. The manager and staff went above & beyond to fix it and make it right for me. (It was freaking DELICIOUS btw) Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat in waynesboro, highly recommend! 10/5 stars!!

Ordered a Togo Ribeye medium with a loaded baked potato. I ended up getting a blue rare bloody steak and sweet potato. If that's your best your cooks can do I have no idea how you're still in business. Ended up having to cook my steak up myself and it was extremely under-seasoned. I think I could have went to a literally waffle house and had a better steak. Won't be back. Too many other less expensive options and they don't screw it up. This was the first time I'd went back to outback in about 7 years from a poor experience prior.
