We had a bad experience here on Sunday 6/29 around 7:45pm. We came to the drive thru, when the staff came on the speaker they were laughing and very unprofessional. They took our order, and we pulled up to the window. We then waited for at least 15 minutes, without ANY recognition or even semblance of explanation from the staff. There were 6 staff members clearly visible through the window, chatting and just apparently goofing off (playing with cooking tongs, etc). Finally when our food was brought to the window, the staff member only said “oh, sorry” when I raised my concerns. She then promptly shut the window in our face. We were unhappy with this experience and will be sure to tell people to avoid this establishment until staff is more professional.

Had lunch with crew from work. Have been in this Panera bread many times and have never had better service then we did today. Mrs. Caroline was so sweet went above and beyond. Brought us our food which she didn’t have to do. One of our guys was missing his drink she brought it to him. And then she came back and took all our plates. Just very sweet and kind. Just want to say Thank you again Caroline. We will be back soon great service and management at this Location!
The biggest Panera I've ever been to. Very cozy, felt like cottage core on the inside. Very clean and service today was very nice. Was passing through and stopped for a drink. There's a little fireplace inside too.

So tired of Panera Staff here marking orders as ready and then not bothering to put cups for unlimited sip club on the counter so they are easy to get. What’s the point of ordering in the app if your staff isn’t doing its job? Don’t mark orders ready if they are not. And check your bathrooms they are dingy and need a deep clean. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this lovely establishment and opted for the two-option meal. I chose the Chicken Mediterranean salad and the tomato soup, paired with a strawberry banana smoothie and a pecan braid.
Every aspect of the meal was fabulous! The salad was beautifully presented, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. The tomato soup was served at the perfect temperature, making it a comforting delight that I could truly savor. The strawberry banana smoothie was a refreshing treat, and the pecan braid was the ideal sweet finishing touch.
Additionally, I must commend the staff for their helpfulness and warmth, which added to the overall experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant made it a delightful place to enjoy my meal.
