Papa John’s Pizza

Just got my order. I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza with extra cheese blend and extra meat plus an order of garlic knots. The garlic knots were actually swimming in the garlic seasoning in the box. The pizza we could tell it had some extra cheese but I seen very little if any meat. Definitely wasn't extra meat and I doubt it even had a full regular order of meat. We seen a lot of pieces didn't even have meat on them. We had two pieces and more than likely will throw the rest away. No where on the app is a place to make a comment. Wasted $43. All we could taste on it was the ranch dressing and cheese. Very disappointed.

I wad so happy to find a lower carb item that is close to pizza. The papa bowls are not bad as long as u do not get ranch on it. If u do decide to, i suggest ti get light amount. Or you might be eating this soup. There was so much it made me sick. Oh well, I know better next time.

Continually get horrible food. Wouldn't even order from here but Papa John's is my wife and kids favorite. Last pizza was half burnt, this time papida is half empty.

Kenny is the reason we keep going back to Papa John's in Stuarts Draft. He's friendly, polite, quick, and thorough. This company would be crazy to loose someone like him! Thanks Kenny!!!

So exited to try the new cuppy roni crispy pizza! It was nothing but dough barely any sauce a few pepperoni’s!! Very very disappointing!!

45 minutes after ordering our pizzas they hadn't even started preparing them. As I waited the boy making the pizzas went over to a table, took a slice out of a box, ate it, then went back to making pizzas... no thanks... you can cancel my order. Never again...

Hate to do this but everyone there needs to be trained right or new crew!! Ordered for pickup and when my wife gets there no one bothered to tell us they were out of GF pizza so only half of the family can eat smh! Also whoever puts the sauce upside down in the box might need to do a different job! This is the 3x so like I said before I hate to do this. Not going to deal with them anymore.

Called and the store says it closes at 11. Call around 9:50pm get put instantly on hold for 10 mins and then transferred over to a different location. Just to call back and the store is closed. By far the worst Papa johns I’ve had the experience dealing with. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Papa John's is my favorite of the pizza chains, unfortunately every time I go in here to pick up my pizza, all the employees look absolutely miserable and barely say anything to me. It's like that every single time. I'm gonna stop coming here and go to the Pizza Hut in Draft instead.

This location is the absolute worst, there is always an issue with my order.

Ordered the NY style pepperoni pizza with extra cheese for delivery. Pizza came with no pepperoni. I called & was told they would send another pizza out for delivery….it never came. Will not order from here again for quite a while!!!
