Received my order, call to discuss the papadias I had ordered. The lady that answered the phone immediately cut me off. Wanted to say that you only get a half a cup on them, that you have to fold them.. I try to explain yes they are cut in half, one 1/2 was OK. The other half had no meat at all she continuously over talk to me. Would I ever order from Waynesboro Papa John’s again absolutely not!! Just know the rest of my food was good!! Linda

My husband was standing at the door and the delivery man said he had to leave it at the door. He couldn't hand it to my husband. He then proceeded to set my pizza on the ground so he could take a picture.

My partner ordered delivery and it took 2 hours for us to get our pizza. Only for them to not give us our drink. We gave them a prepaid tip. Don't bother with delivery from here.

I got a takeout order from here and I got a pizza and cinnamon pull aparts they were all burnt and dry like it’s been sitting under the heater all day not sure if it’s because I got take out the manger did offer store credit refund but it’s still an inconvenience and I was very disappointed I won’t be ordering that again
