Asked for a well done pizza and got everything I ordered undercooked, cold undercooked breadsticks, and 2 pizzas that I had to put back in my oven. If I wanted to cook I would have made something. Instead I spend $60.00 and have to cook anyway. This happens all the time but thi time was the worst. DO BETTER OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS.

Forgot 2 garlic sauces, (twice),caught it 2nd time,told manager and He said they were in box...they were not,.....Very rude,poor and foul mouthed services!!! Lost my business completely and forever....you deserve to be fired!!!

I have an anaphylactic reaction to peppers, for the last 4 months I swear these idiots are actively trying to kill me, first it was packing papadia's sideways so the pepper joins with the papadia, this time it was the pepper chopped up and put in the papadia.
Their own app and doordash don't allow for "special requests" to remove the stupid pepper all together, the papadias are the only thing on the menu that's even good at papa johns, and the only reason I even order from here is because my Fiancée likes it and there isn't a domino's which is vastly superior in delivery distance as of writing this.
Save your money and your dinner, go to Domino's

Yeah this used to be my go to place for pizza etc for the kids, but today was HORRIBLE. Ordered off the app, asked for light cheese and extra sauce since our family is lactose intolerant.. got home and the pizza had barely any sauce and like triple cheese. Called to get a replacement, the manager KAITLYN was rude on the phone and in person to my elderly mother. We had been there TWICE in one day due to them messing up and it's a 35 minute round trip for us to get there and back. And when she got back for the second time with the replacement pizza, it looks like it has been shaken up and spit on and there's still barely any sauce. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Health and safety issues. Used bandaid found in food ordered on 7/10/24. Obviously no finger cots being used or blue (high visibility) bandaids being used in this kitchen. No soap at handwriting station at last health department inspection. Steer clear if you value your health at all.

On Sunday 4/21/2024 made a on line order waited till time to pickup my order told it would be 10 move minutes or so. I waited 10 move minutes. Anyway never got pizza young man making the pizza got mouthy said he couldn't do any better and if I could to do so never go to this papa John's go to Harrisonburg pizza comes out fast people are friendly

I ordered 2 pizzas from there and it took over a hour and more to get to my house which is only 10 mins from the store when I tryed to call today about what was taking so long the woman was sooooooo mean and rude DONT ORDER FROM HERE they will mess up your order a lot. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy here to punish him that way you would starve before you get your food

Called in an order for a pizza and the call center kept trying to sell me other stuff. Kept telling them I only wanted the pizza I ordered. So, we go to pick up our pizza and I wanted to lodge a complaint against the call center. I started off saying “I do not appreciate all the questions “ and that is all the further I got. The boy that was waiting on me went off cussing me. I was told to get the hell out and never come back, he accused me of being disrespectful but yet he was cussing me, he threatened to call the police on me because supposedly I was being disrespectful, then he concluded telling me to get the f- - - out! I have never been treated that way and it did stun me. My advice is to steer clear of PaPa John’s in Waynesboro, VA. It is not worth going in there.
