I got a takeout order from here and I got a pizza and cinnamon pull aparts they were all burnt and dry like it’s been sitting under the heater all day not sure if it’s because I got take out the manger did offer store credit refund but it’s still an inconvenience and I was very disappointed I won’t be ordering that again

Asked for a well done pizza and got everything I ordered undercooked, cold undercooked breadsticks, and 2 pizzas that I had to put back in my oven. If I wanted to cook I would have made something. Instead I spend $60.00 and have to cook anyway. This happens all the time but thi time was the worst. DO BETTER OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS.

Forgot 2 garlic sauces, (twice),caught it 2nd time,told manager and He said they were in box...they were not,.....Very rude,poor and foul mouthed services!!! Lost my business completely and forever....you deserve to be fired!!!

I have an anaphylactic reaction to peppers, for the last 4 months I swear these idiots are actively trying to kill me, first it was packing papadia's sideways so the pepper joins with the papadia, this time it was the pepper chopped up and put in the papadia.
Dietary restrictions: They don't allow for "special requests" which if you order through their app or doordash could kill you

Yeah this used to be my go to place for pizza etc for the kids, but today was HORRIBLE. Ordered off the app, asked for light cheese and extra sauce since our family is lactose intolerant.. got home and the pizza had barely any sauce and like triple cheese. Called to get a replacement, the manager KAITLYN was rude on the phone and in person to my elderly mother. We had been there TWICE in one day due to them messing up and it's a 35 minute round trip for us to get there and back. And when she got back for the second time with the replacement pizza, it looks like it has been shaken up and spit on and there's still barely any sauce. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Health and safety issues. Used bandaid found in food ordered on 7/10/24. Obviously no finger cots being used or blue (high visibility) bandaids being used in this kitchen. No soap at handwriting station at last health department inspection. Steer clear if you value your health at all.

Their own app and doordash don't allow for "special requests" to remove the stupid pepper all together, the papadias are the only thing on the menu that's even good at papa johns, and the only reason I even order from here is because my Fiancée likes it and there isn't a domino's which is vastly superior in delivery distance as of writing this.
