We ate there twice in Apri and it was great. Tuesday, Nov 12 was a great disappointment. Food was great but service was terrible.
A restaurant manager should always make sure the servers they higher have actually eaten in a restaurant before at sometime in their life.

Everything was fantastic. We enjoyed the food and person serving us. However, my mom ordered a Stromboli (I think it was called) and received a Calzone instead. Similar, yes, but a different concept. Also, PRICEY, very pricey.
We don't live in VA, so we won't be back for some time.

It is a very nice Italian restaurant with a typical Italian menu. We weren't really hungry for dinner, so my wife and I just had soup and salad. The wedding soup was full of meatballs and very good. Our Ceasars salads were cold and crisp. I added chicken, my wife shrimp, and we both had generous tasty portions. We are from the Pittsburgh area and have relatives in Waynesboro, so we have gone to Scotto's for the last 25 years, and we have always enjoyed our time there. We'll be back next year, too!

I have been a long time customer of Scottos.
My order has always been a large pizza with pepperoni but please leave two slices just cheese. Scottos has always been very accommodating with that, no problem. Last night my wife called in that order and was told we don’t do that. She explained that it had never been a problem, but they still refused. She called Tony’s pizza who was very accommodating and had no problem doing it. We now have a new go to place for pizza.
