Slow service, an hour to get food then it was tasteless and cool, rice was stuck together. Eggroll inside was slimmy. Server apologized said they was the only server. No offer to refund. We will not return.

This place has really good sushi. Loved the Miso soup and salad. I honestly never eat the tofu in the Miso soup but I ate everything. It was delicious. I will say that it does say silk road and bar but the bar does not open until 3:00 p.m. not sure if that was because it's a holiday today. But just to let people know. Still really great service and food!

We were just passing through. We got seated right away at a nice big table with comfortable chairs. Service was quick but not friendly by the male server who seemed miffed that I had the audacity to ask for an additional order of white rice. This guy never smiled nor greeted us......needs improvement!
The good was Pad Thai with colossal shrimp. I had shrimp with lobster sauce. It was basically about a pound of jumbo shrimp in a very watery sauce that was quite tasteless. The Pad Thai was the best! It too had about a pound of very large shrimp. A take home box was in order. BTW: we started with fried dumplings....some of the best anywhere, ever! The spring rolls were good but fried like an egg roll. Huh?
Overall it was OK. Prices very reasonable.

My mother and I stopped in here after doing some Christmas shopping for a late lunch, the server was rude and argumentative, when we had been taken to our booth he just threw the menus on the table and quickly walked off, even though they where not busy at all, only one other person there at the time. Menu was so large it was many huge sticky pages. Way too much, and I’ve seen Waffle House menus cleaner than the menus here. Took the waiter way to long each time to return to the table, It seemed he was the one going or preparing the food, and clearly would explain the potential for the food being heated up quickly or microwaved and the use of cheap processed pre cooked foods used, yet your paying for fresh or hibachi, that’s clearly not cooked hibachi, because you couldn’t hear food being cooked or smell anything aside from musty moldy air and gross things in the air, and couldn’t see anything because it was so dim and dark, probably kept that way so as not to make it possible for customers to truly see how dirty and gross the place it. Unfortunately for them I pay attention. My lunch order was the $12 hibachi chicken and shrimp under lunch, when I received my meal, only 3 shrimp where on the plate, when I inquired about this comparing it to the same meal listed on the dinner side, as to why only three shrimp and according to the prices and menu, I’m paying $1 per shrimp, he argued and was clearly confused or angry that I saw and caught their scam of ripping the customer off and overpriced lunch, not to mention the shrimp was not cooked well, chicken was undercooked. My mother ordered the Sea food delight, their was absolutely nothing delightful about it, it came in a large dirty looking kitchen bowl, and I don’t know if it was supposed to be soup/water/sauce, but the seafood was literally floating in what looked, smelled, and tasted horrible like dirty kitchen towel water, was way over seasoned with spicy seasoning to cover up that the food was undercooked and bad. Waiter never offered to remove the food or not charge us, my mother didn’t want to not pay, but I was furious, they charged $28 for this nasty over seasoned seafood floating in dirty water. I’m surprised no ones complained of food poisoning, I didn’t eat anything and got chick fil A on the way home. The atmosphere was confusing, dark, dirty, and had some mixture of 80s meets 70s disco with country music playing. Very dirty floors windows tables and booths. Clearly they rely on a customers who either are to drunk to care, or don’t really know any better. My recommendation do not go here or eat the food unless you want to risk an ER visit, and or like paying way over prices for horrible food and unclean and horrible atmosphere. I mean maybe if I where a drunk or drug addict or someone off the street or a 4year old I may have a different review, but as someone who values eating out and or getting what your paying for, this place is far from that or decent.

Oh, and I have photos to add but the icon to post photos for this place has been removed for some reason.

TLDR: We had horrible service, and my girlfriend spent nearly an hour and a half here to eat nothing but a side salad. My food was mediocre, and the server laughed in our faces about the restaurant being behind.

We went for dinner last night and were one of the first tables sat with a handful of people at the bar. My girlfriend ordered a small salad and hibachi chicken. I ordered sesame chicken. She got her salad fairly quickly, but it was wet and mushy. About 45 minutes after arriving, my sesame chicken came out. It was made to sound like hers would be a few minutes later. We were annoyed at waiting so long, but tolerant of the meals being separated by a few minutes, because the dining room was filling in. I opted to begin eating, and it was very OK. Nothing was hot. Nothing tasted good, but it was edible. Around 20 minutes after I received my meal, the server came to tell us that my girlfriends food had not even been started. I had finished eating, and hers was not even started. We told the server to cancel her order, unwilling to wait further. To add insult to injury, after waiting 20 minutes from the time I received my meal to tell us that my girlfriend’s entree wasn’t being prepared, the server laughed in our faces and told us that they were like an hour behind on door dash. I told the server we really should not be paying for anything, since waiting so long for one person to not eat ruins the experience. She removed everything except my entree, but apparently such a complaint did not prompt the server to think, “let me get the manager.” I would not return.

Bad food. Pad Thai was all cabbage with no flavor, sesame chicken wasn't heated enough and sauce was still gel, glass was filthy dirty. Only one waitress and she killing it but how do you run a place like that.

After hearing Silk Road was under new management, I thought it would be cleaner. The more you look around, the more gross things you will spot. Our miso soup was served in a dirty bowl. My general tsos chicken was inedible. We came with great expectations and left feeling gross and regretting what we ate. Unfortunately won't be coming back here.

The food was good. So it makes me sad to give it only a 3. The place was dirty! The carpet was worn and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Handles to open the doors are broken. Shades had food stuck to them. Time for a deep clean! Won’t be back unless it gets done

The general tso's tofu is hands down the worst tofu dish I've ever tasted. When I opened my takeout, the tofu looked inviting enough but when I tried to take a piece, I found that the whole dish was a single gelatinous mass. The piece that I was finally able to pry off was the most chewy thing I've ever put in my mouth besides a gummy candy. It was a texture nightmare and I could only choke down a couple of pieces before I gave up and called dinner a loss.

It was a similar story with the sesame tofu that my husband got. He described it as reminiscent of a booger. He did enjoy his Spiderman roll which is the only thing saving this from one star.

Stopped here on a whim. We t in to order to go food. Veggie lo mein, spring rolls and sweet tea. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I was there around 3pmish on a Saturday. So I was shocked it was not busy. The place was pretty big on the outside going off the outside I was surprised. I only had 1 interaction the staff but he was very kind, professional and quick getting my food. There is a full bar, and lots of fun things to look at.
