We ate in the igloo on a weekend evening. The igloo was heated but I still left my coat on since it was a cold evening but I was comfortable with my coat and the heater. The igloo has lights and is private and quiet which was nice. It was an enjoyable way to spend time with family during the holiday season. The food was ok - nothing spectacular. In our party, we had Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Steak Tips, Ruben, and Pork BBQ. The best part of the meal was the desert - waffle bowl sundae with cotton candy ice cream flavored like cinnamon.
Their milk stout is rich but not too heavy.
Plenty of options for kids and adults, which made dining with the family easy.
The big comfy bed and deck with a hot tub and mountain views made it feel like a private mountain getaway.
We sat outside with mountain views and enjoyed one of the best Reubens I’ve had.
The brewery is nicely done with both indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of space for kids and several fire pits to sit around while listening to music. Since I'm not used to cow pasture smells, we chose to sit inside for dinner. They offered a wide variety of brews and cider. The food could've been better as our beef tips were very tough, the sausages tasted like over spicy hotdogs, the Mac and cheese was bland and possibly out of a can. The minced beef barbecue and slaw tasted better than any of the items on our plate. We met a couple that was supposed to stay there, but after seeing the "suite", they were very disappointed. It was actually a double wide trailer that was made into two "suites". Their suite featured a hot tub on the porch with magnificent mountain views, but it actually featured farm work vehicles parked for the evening, blocking the view, a hill of mulch, and the back end of the building that was clearly marked for deliver vehicles making back up noises for each delivery. I can't help but think that the trailer may have been there for farm hands and as an after thought turned into 2 suites??? I also wonder why the trailer couldn't have been moved to a more desirable location on the farm. Seriously, even if the view was as pretty as their website claimed, I would've never been able to enjoy the hot tub due to the stench that was in the air. The front end manager and staff was very accommodating and nice.
We stayed in the Blue Ridge hot tub suite for 2 night. Our stay was extremely relaxing. The hot tub was the best! The installations on how to open the cover and operate helped a lot. We knew the restaurant would be closed on Monday and Tuesday so we brought plenty of food. The kitchen has a nice size mini fridge with a small freezer shelf. There is a two burner cooktop and a smaller 5 cup coffee pot. We took several walks, watched the horses, gazed at the stars, sat in the hot tub at least 5 times, ate good food… we can’t wait to come back here again !
Food ..... Beer.... Clean restaurant and grounds
Blueberry Blonde, Light, fruity, and just sweet enough.
Fresh, citrusy, and crunchy, Chicken Mandarin Salad is somehow healthy and craveable.

Peaceful, private, and dangerously close to amazing food and cider. Stable Craft nailed the ‘brew and snooze’ life.
Blackberry Cider – Dark berry vibes that are so refreshing for summer.
They call Tiny Footprints a Hybrid Lager – I found it super drinkable - light crisp with a hint of maltiness
My go to comfort food at Stable Craft - the Beef Tips Skillet, Tender, savory, and sizzling hot.
Our first time going. We loved it! Definitely will be back. I had the dry cider, strawberry cider and a blueberry ale. The pork nachos were so yummy, I got the salmon and gnocchi - it was delicious. The first bite, I was amazed. Worth the trip, I definitely will be returning. 😌
