There was no line when I walked in and a green honey citrus mint tea. After 16 minutes passed I still hadn't gotten my drink, nor was my name in the queue. During this time multiple drive thru orders and orders of people arriving after me had been filled. When I asked the barista bout my order she looked at me, and then I was completely ignored. I then asked the register for a wait time. She looked and could not find my order in the queue and quoted me another 10 minutes. I asked why it took 25 minutes total for a tea when no one was in line in front of me. She said they were busy. Because I had to get to my son's practice I had them cancel my order. I did not expect 25 minutes for a tea. They offered no compensation, they just voided my order. I go to Starbucks multiple times a week, but will need to find a new location or other shop. This is not the first time the service has been unacceptable at this location.

My order is never right😩. Every-time my drink taste different or is missing something. When the lady with the red tips is there she gets it right every time. Not one drop of caramel that I was charged for.

Y’all ROCKSTARS!! On Mother’s Day 25’ at 10:20, they probably had 11 cars in the drive through and just as many mobile pickup orders. Each crew member had a job and were cranking out drinks deliberately. When a customer walked up, they were greeted with a calm courteous smile, took the order, and returned to the line to help their team. When they started an order, the barista called out that the order was being started. When drinks came out, they were correct and names correctly pronounced. I have never seen a tighter ship of professionals. As an artilleryman, I’d give them all positions on my gun line.
To the owner: this team is top notch, hopefully you have plans to reward these Rockstars!
