Always the best sub in town.

Good lord! We had a horrifying experience at this location. Last night we ordered two BMT’s. Easy right. I don’t know how the kid did it but we walked away with 2 bologna sandwiches which are not ever on the menu.

Today I went back to speak to the manager. The lady could not hear what I was saying. She said there is no way that happened. I was fussing, no swearing or cursing from me.

She would not entertain anything I said. My wife went in and was less than kind as I was upset she would not listen. This is the second time we’ve had an issue at this location, Then she threatened to call the police because my other half had cursed.

All she had to do was listen to what I was saying. I wanted to make her aware of the situation. Now I want my money back. Go look on the Next Door App and see how many feel the same. Not good business at all. In fact I’ve never gotten loud with an employee/manager in 64 years.

0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. I WENT HERE TONIGHT AND THE TWO MEN WHO WERE WORKING THERE WERE VERY RUDE. DIDN’T GREET OR SAY ANYTHING TO ME OR THE YOUNG LADY NEXT TO ME. WE STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES! WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE UP ONE OF THEM SAID “DONT YOU SEE ME WORKING” JUST SAD BECAUSE THIS PLACE WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES & Management doesn’t care to fix it.

ONLY IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. If I was buying sandwiches for the homeless I would avoid this place. It’s so bad I’m not going to waste my time describing it. It will be posted on YouTube. Under Do not eat here. If you want a really good sub, go to WEGMANS even if it’s a drive. ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT. Foot long same price as Jersey Mikes.

I like shredded cheese on my sub I had to pay for triple cheese before I got a comparable amount to any other subway. I’ve ordered the same sub for 10 years and never had to do that before at any other subway.

Horrible service, this morning August 22 , It was 2 ladies one with blonde hair the other with black hair (she was super cute) She was taking the orders and then pass in the sub to the next lady ( the blonde) I told her what I want on my sub and she started yelling on me telling me that I supposed to told the first lady what do I want on my sub , I was really in shock And I went to place my second order And she yelled at me again."don't forget to tell her what do you want on your sub" Like there are no next to each other and since when , you don't told the second person if you want lettuce tomatoes , etc you know . I will never go back there. She is rude nasty. She don't deserve to work there. Maybe that's why they don't have people lasting working in there.

Ordered the new roll ups yesterday one of each and a pretzel.....absolutely awful tasted like they rolled up the wrap toasted it no meat no cheese I think it must have been some kind of joke tried calling to report still have not received a call back absolutely ridiculous

Hello everyone,I'm going to just give you a rundown on Leah,I eat well ate there and so I'm trying to find my way around because I just moved here from p.a. I figured I could use a little bit of extra cash so I put my application in,Leah called me for an interview at 130,I went early as ya should,so I went in asked for Leah she said im her and I said im early she said when she just looked at me with disgust and said well OK not now I'm busy lol there was 1 customer,anyway so I got a sip of water,went outside to look around as I did so the professional manager Leah owner I guess sends her employee out to tell me she had a emergency at the other subway and which my partner was eating at the other subway,there was no emergency and Leah never left,the employee lied to my face as it was all over hers,lol she said she would have to reschedule and I knew at that point she didn't know how to do her job,be professional and easily used her employee as her scape goat,today I called 3 times knowing she knows my number because she said she looked it up on caller i.d because my phone broke on,she ignored me then on the 4rth call She answers and I now know it's her because I spoke to her in person and by phone,I ask is Leah there? Lol she says no and she's not going to be in today because she has a couple appointments so she won't be here lmmfao.I played along but I guess just hoping that she wasn't being judgemental about my tattoos or my serial orientation being a part of LGBTQ,when iI said about my wife and how she looked at me it's obvious that what I went through was discriminatory,Also she didn't change her gloves after making a sub and continued to do so,that happened in the other subway,It's a real shame that there is hate coming from subway the way it does.I refuse to feel bad about myself for who I am.I will always be OK however remember if you are a part of or related to somebody that is part of I don't think that's the type of hate that I want.p.s there is a lot wrong with the food and mistakes that are made with there food I just thought thus was much bigger.

Who owns this local Subway? I have a complaint and I don't want to enter it here. Thank you!!!! Update - after reading some of the comments on here I agree that the daytime manager or whoever she is, is extremely rude. I went there for lunch today and chastised because I did not tell her what I wanted exactly when I placed my order. I thought we were able to tell them what we wanted, not what they wants us to have. She said when I added to my sandwich that she doesn't have time to make changes and I need to stick with what I ordered originally. All I did was ask for banana peppers and it's not like the line was out the door, there were only 2 people working. I refuse to enter this Subway again.
