Who owns this local Subway? I have a complaint and I don't want to enter it here. Thank you!!!! Update - after reading some of the comments on here I agree that the daytime manager or whoever she is, is extremely rude. I went there for lunch today and chastised because I did not tell her what I wanted exactly when I placed my order. I thought we were able to tell them what we wanted, not what they wants us to have. She said when I added to my sandwich that she doesn't have time to make changes and I need to stick with what I ordered originally. All I did was ask for banana peppers and it's not like the line was out the door, there were only 2 people working. I refuse to enter this Subway again.

Just went in to buy lunch for all of our employees, I’m guessing it was the manager She was very rude as I had changes from the items ordered. Lost our business.

Went in Saturday afternoon 3/16. Our subs were great but the thin woman with tattoos who was working the toppings station was rude to me and incredibly rude to the woman working bread/meat who she seemed to be training. It created a very awkward vibe in the restaurant. And to treat a new employee like that in front of customers is not only unprofessional but is belittling to the employee.

So apparently the subway way of building a sub is no longer a thing here. Rude kid at counter was set on making subs exactly how subway recommendes and would let us build our own. I won't be back.

Everytime we come to this location its very uncomfortable i came here around 830 this morning the rude lady who claims she is a manger didn’t speak to us. She left us unattended multiple times more worried about everything else but her african american customers. She also dropped my sub on the floor being carless she didnt even care to remake my sub right away she thought it was more important to do everything else around the store and when we asked her why she always have a attitude with us she got more rude not good customer service or welcoming and if this is yall manger your store wont be up long looks like reviews have been bad since the manger chnage. Yall need to do better and make everyone feel welcome.

The Grottoes Subway consistently rates a 10 in all categories. The Waynesboro Subway could learn a lot from Grottoes.

I felt in the mood for a sub tonight. Had not been there in a few months. I waited and waited, and then waited some more. I know I had to have waited at least 30 minutes. Until I gave up and left. Along with some other people. On top of that the two guys that were there had long hair and did not wear a hairnet. And there were 3 employees there standing around doing absolutely nothing. So it just makes me mad. But the foods good when can good something

They are not friendly at all, and I went there 2 days in a row during lunch time. Very unprofessional and very rude as well. I will NEVER spend another penny there again. I will inconvenience myself and drive to the Walmart Lucy Lane store for now on.
