Just wanted a lettuce and tomatoe salad with oil and vingernothing else and was charged $7.29 for just lettuce and tomatoe and I had to ask for more tomatoes and got the small ends of the tomatoe what a rip off! never again!!

Extremely rude service. Throwing the food around like she didn’t care. The store is supposed to close at 7pm, we got there around 6:15 and she kept asking what time it was and turned the open sign off. She very visibly did not want to be working there.

IT WAS HORRIBLE. WENT last night Saturday 7-24@ 6:50pm almost b4 closing and I requested one of the new Sandwich with turkey/bacon& avocado special? The lady working there said on bread that's being advertised? I said sure as she said wheat bread? I asked for trimming but the bread did not look fresh when she pulled out of oven? It did not look fresh but old...anyway got home n the sandwich was so tuff it was horrible...Been calling store all morning and no answer at both stores as she said she opens one and last night closing on main Street last night.I even asked if we were allowed to tip and she said," yes as she gave me her story of over worked by both stores. I felt bad so I gave her some money as it was not just $1 but a few?? How can anyone serve old wrinkled bread like she did?I've gone to Subway on main Street in pass and their bread always looked fresh and plumped...not at the Walmart subway??Review Really bad TUFF TUFF BREAD..BAD PART IN ORDER TO GET REIMBURSED I have to drive all the way to store since no one answers phone on either store. PS DONT ORDER NEW SANDWICH AT THAT STORE NO TELLING HOW OLD BREAD WILL BE!!!

The lady that waited on us I think her name was Zarina needs a raise or something she was working alone with 7 people in line she did a great job & kept her cool really well as other people were lining up! Way to serve!! & also all our sandwiches were great!!

Actually it should be -5 stars. She was rude also put bacon on my sub that was not fully cook. I really did not want food poisoning with my sub. My sub was not toasted right. Threw veggies on my sub. Wrapped my sub and tossed it on the counter. Didn't even get a bag, napkin, or thank you. Also no choice in bread. I paid over $9.00 for this sub. Don't worry next time I will go somewhere else. This is extremely poor customer service and absolutely no skills in basic food preparation. You should never serve half cooked bacon to people. Perhaps a visit from the health department.

No customer service and poor attitude. Put my sub in the toaster and did not toast it. The bacon was not fully cooked. Threw veggies on the sub. Ignored my questions. Wrapped my sub and tossed it on the counter. She was too lazy to put it in a bag and put a napkin with it. Absolutely horrific service. There was one customer behind me. I have never received such service at any Subway. This person is dangerous and serves undercooked food.
I was in to get a sub for my lunch and this young lady with short black hair was so sweet. Even though she was in there by herself. She took her time and did a good job. She was very well mannered. I have never meet an employee at this location that was that considerate. Most of the time the employees and management are rude. It was a nice change. I will go back only if I see her working.

Only 1 employee to wait on everyone BUT they were still super fast, friendly, and kept a positive attitude!!! This was the second time I’ve been there and only one person was working. I just feel bad for the employee. Erin is a hard worker who is Definitely dedicated! I give Erin 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Has Subway cut back on the amount of meat they are using on their sandwiches, or is it just the location inside the Waynesboro Walmart? My wife ordered a 6 inch Subway club and there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. I do not go to Subway often if I want a good sandwich I generally go to the Firehouse subs near the Staunton Walmart. The Subway club was in my opinion, very shallow on the meat especially in comparison to what you would get at Firehouse Subs. And in my opinion, a very poor choice for value for the price in comparison to Firehouse Subs.
