That was the absolute worst food ive ever eaten from a taco bell in my life. They got the order wrong, but I would've eaten had it been eatable.

No one cares.
Last order I'll ever make at Taco Bell.
Forgot chips, forgot cinnamon twists, forgot a chicken taco, steak was fridge cold, ordered a lemonade on the app but it isn't sold there, drinks were watered down, didn't give me the sauces I paid for and gave me a whole bunch I didn't order.
Never eating at any Taco Bell ever again since no one, especially management, doesn't care.

Chicken was dried out and unappealing but the thing that made me the maddest was my chalupa. Asked for no lettuce and it had extra brown lettuce and less than a tsp of meat 😞 it just looks sad

I've never seen so many people working so hard to not do anything. Impressive how they keep in motion, moving ingredients around without actually preparing a single item. The number of workers outnumbered customers and it still took 20 minutes to get three tacos and a quesadilla.

Sometimes they get your order right and sometimes they don’t. They forward all calls to voicemail and you can barely get in touch w anyone. Yesterday my food was messy and I called the manager couldn’t even do a refund, smh

For the second day in a row, our order was messed up. We went there to receive the food they had forgotten to give us the previous day. They forgot to put it in the bag again. We were repeatedly ignored each time we would try to ask for help 3 separate employees walked by my husband, as he said, “excuse me” and was still ignored with a manager walking around.. I get being busy but it literally wasn’t today. It doesn’t take much to give Basic customer service and or just to be acknowledged in the establishment when you’re trying to speak to them, it is the bare minimum. I literally just needed a cup for my drink. To the young girl that was working today @12:30 6/12/2025 you were the only one with decent customer service and we thank you!

Good food, obviously, it's taco bell. Nacho fry cheese wasn't full ( maybe 1/2 ). Fast turn around in the drive through, very nice indeed.
