We ordered from the one near target. Day and we were missing our churros sauce and they gave us baja blast when we ordered midnight
I went through the drive-thru. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food. I was behind 3 other cars. The 2 bean burritos I ordered were barely big enough to equal one regular size bean burrito at other Taco Been stores. Very minimal bean, and the red sauce was almost unnoticeable. First time trying the steak dip burrito, so nothing to compare it to. No plans on going back to this store.

Asked for 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. I requested them Grill at the speaker and again when I was at the window, asking it to be grilled twice. Somehow they weren't grilled at all. This is unacceptable from my home taco bell.

Needs more joybaiting. Forgot nacho fries and forgot straws. They seemed annoyed at me being there (especially when I went back around)

I waited over an hour to pick up my mobile order and still didn't get my food. First I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, but no one came to the intercom. Then I went inside and no one was working the registers. I eventually was able to get the attention of staff member to ask for my order but all they did was hand me two cups. I went to get my own sodas and the soda machine was out of everything except Dr pepper which wasnt what I ordered. I continued to wait for 40 minutes and still didn't receive my order so I left. There were multiple people waiting on orders and a line of cars in the drive thru and yet the employees were taking 20+ minutes to prepare a single order. I truly hate to complain because I've worked in food service but I've never had such a bad experience as this.

If there were zero stars I'd give them that. We got to the drive thru at 7:30pm tonight (sunday) and there was one car in front of me. I was told they didnt have enough people and they were too busy to take my order, which wasnt huge literally just a few soft tacos. I would have been willing to wait a few minutes but couldnt even get a word in before the guy told me I had to leave because they were just too busy for my order. We left and went to popeyes🤷♀️

This establishment was horrible and the staff were incredibly rude. The soap disperser in the women’s restroom wasn’t even on the wall. I asked if my order had gone through, and the employee that was helping me took a look, and then went on break. I was on a bus trip when this had happened for a school activity, and I held up two 840 Shenandoah Village Dr, Waynesboro, VA 22980 buses because the employee decided to be petty after I asked if my food was ready after waiting for 30+ minutes, and held it back for another 15. A nice old lady asked me how long I’d been waiting after I ordered, and I said about 40 minutes. She walked out the door and left. At this point, my teacher had to come into the store, and ask me what was going on because I was 10 minutes late to getting to the bus. I had ordered 30 minutes before this. Overall, save your time and find another place to eat, or another Taco Bell.

This is a little late in coming, but I strongly felt the need to pass this on. I visited this location on 25 Aug 25 at around 1740 during a bus trip stop for dinner. My first stop when entering the restaurant was to the bathroom, and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. There was no urinal, so one was forced to use the only stall, and I left without using it because there was fecal matter all over the stool, floor and walls. I washed my hands thoroughly and left, then going to the food ordering counter. I waited for an associate as I had questions before placing an order, but after several minutes and having not even been acknowledged, I turned to the self-service kiosk. Here I found the screen smeared with what I don't know and I had no desire to touch it, so returned to the counter. After a few more minutes and still no acknowledgement, I left without a meal. Their food might be excellent, I don't know. But after seeing the restroom and ordering kiosk, I started to wonder what level of cleanliness might exist in the kitchen and elsewhere. Hopefully by now they've resolved those issues and somebody can report on it accordingly.

This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area, in the past several months, they have been unable to do anything in a timely manner, their staff rarely even speak to the restaurant customers, and they are so preoccupied on ensuring that their drive-through is as quick as possible that you are going to wait at least 30 minutes from the time that you order inside until the time that you get your food. This has happened to me three times now and I had an employee there. Tell me that she thinks I needed to order from the drive-through in the future and then just come inside and sit down. The fact that the employee is saying that as well just shows you how this manager is unable to run a successful fast food restaurant.
