My food was ice cold when I got it it took more than 30 minutes to make and it’s ice cold? It just don’t make sense.

Took them 30 minutes to fulfill my order and they weren’t even busy. All I ordered was two tacos and a burrito. After all that waiting, they still got my order wrong. I think they only had one person working walkup orders while this one lady was just sitting there on her phone in the kitchen. The men’s bathroom was also pretty gross even though there’s a sign on the door that says they check it every 20 minutes. While I was there waiting, nobody checked it. This experience was ridiculous. I had somewhere to be and they wasted my time. I regret going there today. I’m not sure I’ll go back to this location.

WHAT GIVES??My wife went inside to get dinner no one on front counter. Everybody was hanging out in back chatting. She waited like 10 minutes. N OTHING ! A n employee even walked by NOTHING! Steak and shkre used to be on this spot maybe it's jinxed. One and done. I had similar situation at McDonald's there was an empty car sitting at drive thru window at midnight not a soul around I left. W A Y N E S B O R O !!!

I know we're in a new age with technology, but the human factor is gone in Taco Bell nobody even comes to the front anymore. You have to ask for your, cups in.this store was nasty. I don't know when the last time it has been cleaned.

Place is disgusting see pics whole floor is like this at 10 am. Cheese wasn’t melted on any of our food so everything kept falling out. It’s a shame spend over 40 dollars and it all was terrible. I guess you get what you pay for.

Alright. Very, very frequently forget order items and food is cold straight from the counter. Can also be very inconsistent, not my choice of location. Main St. tends to be a lot better. This is more of a point for the corporation as a whole - but how is a taco almost $3 now??? Used to be able to get outta here with a feast for 5 bucks max.

Can't give the food a review cause I never got it. Waited over 45 mins never even started my order. Yet the drive thru was pumping out. Several others in store waited exceedingly long wait times. The right after I got my refund a gentleman walked in ordered and got his food within 5 mins and they completely skipped the lady waiting behind me that was there over 30 mins. Then the so called gm well we are short staffed and we are doing orders in order and drive thru over 20 mins.. I sat there and watched them goof off including the so called gm. Crack jokes and move at less than a snails pace. The only employee that had an excuse it the one that literally started about 5 mins after I got there and it was literally her first shift. I hope she goes elsewhere for employment cause they will ruin her there with there additude.

This place is horrible slow work I’ve waited for over an hour for our food and try to ask for a refund didn’t give it to me lied saying it’s backed up but clearly people in the drive through were getting there food horrible place wouldn’t not recommend
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a place. They had zero trouble servicing the drive thru but the people inside were waiting 40+ minutes. Asked for a refund multiple times since we never received our food and instead of giving a a refund we were yelled at and told that they will do it when they do it. They took 20 minutes before finally coming over to refund us. We were not the only people who had to get refunds. Absolutely atrocious behavior. Especially after politely trying to ask for a refund multiple times, after waiting 20 minutes for food. We will never come back and I will be contacting further past this.

It took a rather long time to get the food after ordering. It was a larger order. The issue was that most of the order was incorrect and/or missing. The quality of the food, though, was rather poor. It seemed like while preparing it they left some on the warmers letting them get burnt. Just overall a very poor visit. I have not seen this poor of quality in any other Taco Bell that I’ve visited.
