It took a rather long time to get the food after ordering. It was a larger order. The issue was that most of the order was incorrect and/or missing. The quality of the food, though, was rather poor. It seemed like while preparing it they left some on the warmers letting them get burnt. Just overall a very poor visit. I have not seen this poor of quality in any other Taco Bell that I’ve visited.

This location only cares about the drive thru windows and not the people sitting down inside. I watched 4 orders come out in correct and 2 people said they were waiting 30+ minutes. My group of 3 waited 28 minutes to even get our cups let alone our food. Absolutely ridiculous service don't come here.

The restaurant was the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in and that’s saying a lot. Tables were dirty, drink station was filthy and there was food all over the floor. The men’s bathroom: the urinal was filthy and the toilet was filthy and look as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time; I went to wash my hands and the sink was filthy with long hair clogging the drain in the bowl of the sink where you could see. I told my wife about it; she let me know the women’s bathroom was equally as bad. I will be amazed if we don’t get sick. I will NEVER come back to this Taco Bell ever!

Extremely dirty, and if you order anything that's vegetarian/vegan friendly they'll give you something with meat in it instead this happened to multiple people while we were waiting for them to fix my girlfriend's order

I love taco bell. It's been a while since I've been here. I always love this place. I highly recommend it to everyone great place.
Pulled into drive thru. Very long wait, so I decided to try the lobby. Someone coming in for their shift said the lobby was closed, although there are customers in there. Keep in mind this is only 6:15 PM. I went to get back into drive-through, but several other cars had pulled up.
So now I’m in the drive-through again. All signs indicate I will live out my final days here- due to waiting.

this taco bell gave me the best spicy potato soft taco and crunchwrap i’ve ever had. the crunchwrap tasted and looked how the commercials look. best taco bell tbh.
