My fries uncooked and my cheeseburger burger burnt and looks like some one returned it and instead of tossing it the apparently thought it was a good I dead to add a slice a cheese on top of the already melted cheese and microwave it and serve me uncooked fries along with it !

I go to place an order I’m reading the order out and the lady doesn’t even say anything and after I’m done ordering she doesn’t say anything STILL. Like girl am I talking to myself or you.? Then my boyfriend placed my food wrong. I asked them if they can add on simple lettuce and tomatoes he told me no so I called back to cancel then all of a sudden he could do it.

Best bacon cheese fries I have ever had! My family and I pass through the area about once a month and decided to try it for lunch today. It will be our permanent go to lunch spot when we pass through from now on. We all got burgers which were fantastic. Service was great and fast, price is reasonable and portions out of control. There was absolutely nothing for me to critique.

Their burger are exquisite, taste just like homemade. Their fries are good, the onion rings are way above average quality, and the fried mushrooms are absolutely delicious.

Their customer service is quite phenomenal. They made a mistake with my order (forgot my onion rings), I called, and they tried to right the wrong. Inevitably, they weren't able to make the delivery for the onion rings. So, today, I asked for a refund of the onion rings. They not only accepted that, they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

In my opinion, this is the best burger shop in town. Their care and humility in managing their mistake is what helped my irritation subside, and really made it where I will continually order there.

Not the same as it was A few years ago. Ate there every week when I worked in Waynesboro. Hadn't been in a couple of years but chose to meet some friends there from Earlysville when they ask me to suggest a good Hamburger place. Way understaffed but thank Goodness the lunch crowd is remember never showed up. Food was fair, onion rings were a big hit with my Earlysville friends. Burger was cooked with apparently no salt and the buns were burned to the point of being black on the bottom bun. There is no reason to serve Sweet Tea at 12:30 that tasted days old.

This used to be one of the best places to eat until the owner of New York Flying Pizza took it over. When visited, I found poor management, poor service and the food is nothing like it used to be. Workers are rude. Bathrooms are not clean. Saw cockroach while dining there. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN !!
