Worst ever ! I've been to orher Texas Roadhouse and they were okay but the waynesboro one is the Absolute worst. I haven't endured service this bad all of my life. We all joined together for my father's birthday. Everyone arrived at different time so the party was spaced out. We ordered as soon as we arrived and we watched 25 others that arrived way after us order and receive and finish their food. It was soo bad that other employees engaged themselves to help us get our food. What made it worst was the manager said he will take care of it which meant he only took $20 off, wouldn't yall think our entire bill should have been complimented. I mean after all we did not get to eat with the party, they literally was packing up. Server Samantha really had it out for us some reason. Dont go here

Food incorrect and cold. Over an hour wait for no reason ended up not even eating. Horrible would not come back. Terrible service as well.
Havenât gotten food but the sitting down experience has ruined it. We have a party of 9 ⊠5 adults and 4 kids ⊠everyone here - hostess never smiled ⊠led us to booths for 6 - meaning we couldnât sit together. I asked if we could do booths beside each other - not back to back - the answer was she didnât have servers even though someone else sitting on the other side - and our waitress is attending then so why couldnât we be split up that way. I asked couldnât a table be pulled up to a booth in another area - no. So then I walk to the restroom and see a large party set up exactly the way I asked. And an empty table that could have easily been pulled up to a booth so we could sit together . More than not being able to sit together was the attitude . Glad we are only visiting - wonât be back even if we are in the area. Hopefully at least food will be good and waitress is already more friendly.

I placed an online order almost two hours before the set pickup time of 5:00. I arrived ten minutes early and knew I would have to wait. I waited until 5 and sent my text saying I had arrived. Twenty minutes went by and nothing. So, I called. I was told it would be ready in five more minutes. That was 25 minutes ago and I am currently still waiting for my food that is now 45 minutes late. I do not recommend their online ordering of to go, unless you like sitting in the parking lot for over thirty minutes. ***Update*** I had to go in and speak to a manager to get my food. It was literally sitting on the counter and they never texted that it was ready. Who knows how long it's set there. However when I got home, everything that we had ordered was cold.

I am a very simple person to please, I ordered a 8 ounce New York strip and never in my life I have been served such an awful steak. I cut into the steak well of course at the end some fat but 3/4 of the steak was gristle and fat. The waitress was great and extremely apologetic but I donât understand how can anyone let that steak come out of the kitchen. Never again.

Attempted to purchase gift cards this evening. I started at the to-go window and waited outside for 10 minutes before being told it might be a few minutes longer and that I could go inside instead.
Once inside, I asked for my gift cards and was told they would be ready in a few minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes, an employee informed me that only managers have access to gift cards and that they were âtalking,â with no estimate on how much longer it would be.
All I wanted was to purchase three gift cards. Instead, I left and took my business down the road to Outback.
Combined with horrible service and incorrect food during our last visit, this will be the last time I enter the Waynesboro Texas Roadhouse.
Waitress was rude and did not check on table. The food was cold. It was a very frustrating experience.
I will never spend another dime at this location. The food is good However the service is pisss poor. 30 employees standing around having a social gathering. My waitress stood at the table behind us 20 minutes bs with them while our salad and steak got cold. And tea went dry for the whole meal.

Iâm a month late writing this, but my boyfriend and I stopped in while visiting the area, and the service was absolutely FANTASTICâand Iâm a tough critic. Our server was incredibly helpful when I couldnât decide between menu items, and she brought us all the bread! A friendly smile and some Texas Roadhouse bread can turn any day around.
My only regret? I forgot the wonderful waitressâs name, or I wouldâve given her a proper shout-out. She truly went above and beyondâeven running out fresh bread to us as we were leaving so weâd have some to enjoy later with our leftovers.
10/10: great service, classic atmosphere, and amazing bread.
