It is the best restaurant in Augusta County! The food is amazing, service is fantastic and the bartender, Justin is bomb!

I'll start this review by saying that I was initially not happy. My partner and I love the green leaf grill and I was sad that this being our first online order, the experience felt lacking.

When I walked in to pick up my order, how it seemed to me was that no one was working the host stand and there were about 6 people standing on the other side of the bar. Rather than greet me, I was waved over by a gentlemen I would later learn was the owner, Chris. I was given my food promptly, 2 salads and was on my way home. Once home, I discover that both salads are missing their dressings. This ticked me off because it's not like they forgot ketchup for fries. Dressing for salad is pretty important and these are $15 salads. The salads themselves were very good. Always are -- very fresh.

Because of the entire experience, I decided to drive them feedback through Toast, and within 5 minutes I got a call from the owner Chris. He was very apologetic and explained that they were in the process of training new staff, which explained the huddle of people standing around and why the new staff mistakenly thought that the kitchen would have put the sauce in the bag. I admitted that I should have also checked the bag before leaving and agreed that it was all a misunderstanding. Chris was very polite the whole time and even discounted my check. That combined with the expedient response to my feedback really made me feel important and refreshed my faith in a wonderful small business thriving in a town with way too much fast food.

Thank you Chris and Greenleaf for being good folks. As an aside, all their food is good and I highly recommend the Cobb Salad

We had take-out from here one night of our stay in town and it was so good we got it again the next night! The salmon with butter sauce was so good we had it twice (recommend getting it with the rice as the side), and the seafood platter was good but the fried oysters especially were so good that we just got those again. The gumbo is very good as well. We had two of the desserts and both were great too. Will definitely be back if we find ourselves in the area again.

There was 9 of us that came to eat here. Another restaurant down the road wouldn't even takes because we had too many people. We were sure glad we came here instead. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. And we told them about the other place that didn't want our money. They ur money is good here. Great atmosphere.

Great food, but called ahead, still waited over 20 minutes, with open tables. Drinks never refilled.

My husband and I went for a date here and it was everything we could have wanted! Our server was sweet and super attentive. I chose the Shrimp and Grits and my husband got the Crab Cake sandwich and both were amazing! The live music really created the perfect ambience ??

Kid-friendliness: I saw multiple tables with children, which I full support!

The food is amazing. I order the crab chicken gumbo every time I come here and am never disappointed. The service is quick and pleasant, and the atmosphere is very fitting. There is usually someone playing an instrument in the back which adds to the already pleasant atmosphere. This is one of my all time favorite places to go and would recommend it to anyone who likes good food.

My wife and I both enjoyed our dinners. I had the Oyster Platter with sweet potato fries and rice with gumbo appetizer, and the oysters were awesome. My wife had Battered Cod with sweet potato fries and salad. Food was perfectly cooked. Server was really good and very nice, which is always a plus. A nice evening out. ??

The Bacon Wrapped Scallops were phenomenal. Green Leaf gave Gordon Ramsey a run for his money. The Side Salad Delicious, and the Banana Foster was superb. Justin made me the sexiest mocktail a lady on a self date could ask for. This will be my new hideaway spot.

This place is amazing. We got the stuffed portobello entree and the tofu scallopini entree. Both were to die for. Every other thing was amazing, and the price was good too.

Vegetarian options: Unique and delicious vegetarian options.

We absolutely love this place. The food is always good, they always seem to have live music playing when we are here. We love that they have duck on the menu, but they have a great selection of other things including awesome seafood.
