The River is a fantastic place to eat. I went there quite often. Really great food and drink options along with beer. I would definitely recommend this to anybody coming to town or if you already live here! I travel for work and I'm in the New England area a lot. But I would say this has some great food if you travel outside of that area. Anyone from the New England area knows what I'm talking about. Definitely put this on your next stop!

We brought the first day on the year in by eating at The River!!! The fried green tomatoes were amazing, and the lunker fries were delicious. We each tried a different burger, the western, the shiner and the hipster! Did not disappoint!! The ranch is on a whole new level, it was thick and creamy.
