I visit Waynesboro frequently, and finally gave this spot a try. Not sure why I waited so long, the River did not disappoint! Very tasty burgers, definitely in my top 5 spanning the east coast. Great, fast, friendly service!!

My husband and I had lunch here and it was really good and affordable. I had a salmon BLT with fries and my husband had a burger and both were really good. The inside of the restaurant is pretty small so we sat outside. The weather was good so it was enjoyable, but the outdoor seating could be better. The service was great though and our food came out pretty quickly. Definitely recommend!

If I had one request for them to change, it be to not put a pickle on the side of my burger order when I say no pickles. Food is great. The kind of bar food people love but they actually serve food all the time. Burgers are all great. Spring Rolls nail it.

If you find yourself in Waynesboro, and you like a good burger, you NEED to eat here. We got The Western and it was fantastic! Also had the cheese curd appy ... delicious! Drinks were great! We sat at the bar and the service was outstanding. Brianna was friendly and helpful. Wish we lived closer, we'd be regulars!

Found this place taking a detour through Waynesboro, VA through downtown. I am glad the roadblock made me take a left down a side road. Brandon our bartender made a nice rendition of a margarita. It's called the Poodle. Highly recommended! 💥 black Salt is cool. I've never had that before. I like it. We just got the wings because we already ate. But the Thai wings were great. My girl and I was trying to figure out the flavoring. As a chef, that's what I do. Explore other food. Atmosphere was cool, place was busy on a Tuesday night. I'll be back on purpose this time.
