I got the patty melt and fries 🍟 The fries were hot, crispy, and not loaded with salt. I enjoyed the patty melt. The waitresses knew everyone.

The blueberry pancakes were so tough I had to struggle to cut them with a knife. No way I could get a bite with the side of my fork. The blueberries were barely there and tasteless. The blueberry syrup had the flavor. The other syrup was only sweet, no real flavor at all. The scrambled eggs were dry, hard and brown, the bacon was pretty good though and our waitress was nice and friendly. Just a tip: The bathrooms are outside and you'll need to get a key if you gotta go. Also, when I went to pay at the register, it's completely hidden from view, the cashier asked how much tip I wanted to leave, and then rang it up, which just felt a little awkward.

This seems to be a place loved by locals so we decided to give it a try while vacationing nearby. It was nothing out of the ordinary but was ok. I had a bacon omelette with cheddar cheese but there wasn’t much cheese in the omelet at all. I had to dig to find it. I ordered home fries well done and with light onions. They were very good. The biscuit was a good size and was light and fluffy. It wasn’t warm at all so the butter they had spread on it didn’t melt. It would’ve been better if heated for a few seconds in the microwave. The restaurant is very small inside and there are very tall plastic screens/panels behind every table which gives the dining area a very claustrophobic feel and makes it difficult to even see if a table is open when you walk in. There are just railings between tables that are pushed together side by side so no privacy in your conversation at all as you literally have someone not in your party sitting directly beside you while you are eating. Would have been better to have some panels between those tables and railings (if needed at all) between seats that are back to back. It would make the whole dining room feel so much more open. Service was ok. We were greeted and drink orders taken fairly promptly. Food took about 15-20 minutes to come out. We had to wait at least 15 minutes after our meal was done for server to ask if we were ready for check. You have to get a key at the register and walk outside to the side of the building to use the restroom.

Excellent, fluffy biscuits and plenty of sausage gravy. Very busy for breakfast on a weekday. But the service is friendly and quick.

We stopped here because of the great reviews. don't know what happened the service was bad the food even worse. All the waitresses did was gab gab gab.We ordered soup and entrees and requested the soup first. The soup came with the entrees and the food horrible. I had a hot roast beef sandwich that was a joke 2 thin pieces of well, well, well done beef, so overdone it was tasteless. My wife had the burger and again it was so charred and burnt that istwas awful.

I ate my bologna and eggs too fast to take a picture of it . I've been coming here for many years even before they remodeled. The best service and great food for breakfast and lunch! Everything is always fresh and made with love. For lunch I like to get the club as well.. if you want a delicious quick bite or an enjoyable breakfast, I highly recommend this place. It is very busy sometimes and is small, so you may have to wait outside

This is the first restaurant we tried when we moved to this area. We’ve been regulars ever since. It’s our favorite breakfast spot. Small but clean. Great service, great food. Pay cash and save on the extra fee. Very affordable.

Only reason I dropped the atmosphere down to a 4 is because if you don't get a good table you will be cold every time someone opens the door. But moving on the what everyone wants to know about. The service, I have only been here two times and both time I can't say anything bad about the ladies that work there. Also friendly and seem to be happy. The food, I got the gravy and biscuits. Gravy could use more sausage in it but it's still good and the biscuits are thick I could finish all of it. My dad got the veggie omelet and there was other vegetables in it that was not listed on the menu also it looked like 4 times as many mushrooms in it than anything way way too many mushrooms. We will come back soon.

Small home town restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices. Just a little cold at any table by the door in the winter, and really wish you didn't have to go outside to use the restroom.
But it's one of our favorite places for breakfast when we are home. And the reuben is always great.
