First visit and enjoyed it. Friendly staff and good food and plenty of it. We could have, should have :-) , split the order my partner got as it was easily enough for two. Having recently checked out another local diner in a different part of Virginia I'll say this one was so much better from the appearance to the service and food. Will be back.

Great food nice people and expensive prices. I've been there many times and it's always good

It's a very small restaurant and a large group was waiting to be seated, but they got my husband and I seated right away. Locally owned and operated this little spot has homemade just about everything: salads, sides, pie!. We arrived right at the height of lunch hour. I had the chicken salad sandwich with lettus and tomato and a side of macaroni salad. My husband had a mushroom burger. A small bag of "made in Staunton" chips comes with all sandwiches. We split a slice of coconut cream pie for dessert. They were out of several sides and it was explained that they make them fresh and are avoiding wasting food due to the increase in prices. I will add that they have not gone up on their prices! Our meal cost $30 which included a 20+% tip. The staff hustle to get everyone cared for in a timely manner working as a team. Since discovering this place a year ago (found it on Tripadvisor) we always stop when traveling the 64 corridor by Waynesboro. We'll be back on our next adventure west.

Everyone has one of these restaurants in their hometown and everyone has found one of these eateries elsewhere in their travels. Weasie's Kitchen is clean as a whistle and the food is very tasty and the staff are top notch. If I lived in Waynesboro this would be my go-to diner!

What a great spot to find on our weekend getaway. The service was great. Everyone was super friendly. Our food was prepared quickly and the pancakes were so fluffy. I had the pancake breakfast and my husband enjoyed the breakfast scrambler. I usually take photos, but was so hungry we started eating right away. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful find! The Spanish omelette was the best I have ever eaten! Food was top notch, service was great and the atmosphere perfect small town! This will be our go to place on our trips to see our grandkids play ball!!

Stopped by this hotspot locals flock too for breakfast. It's tucked away in downtown Waynesboro off Main Street. Parking was ample in the lot as was street parking. Upon walking in, you are invited to sit wherever you'd like. The tables have partitions between them to aide in social distancing which was a nice touch. Within a minute of sitting down the server had placed a menu in front of me along with napkin and packaged silverware and took my drink order. I requested the Scrambler for my meal which also arrived pretty quickly to the table. It was filling and warm; plenty for two people to even share. As the servers floated around they interacted with the usual customers in a friendly banter. It's a pretty neat spot with a relaxed vibe. There are plenty of comfort meals and deserts to choose from on the menu. Highly recommend checking out this place.

Weasies is a regular stop for us. The food is good home cooking, the staff members are so welcoming and friendly and the food portions are big for the cost of the meal. We love going there and now we know most of the other patrons who eat there as often as we do!

Super spot for home made traditional southern style breakfast. Family stopped before hitting the road down to Asheville NC. Spent the night in Waynesboro VA after a long day in the Shenandoah national Park. We were all hungry for a good breakfast and Weasies Kitchen hit the mark. Super frendily staff and home town feel. Pancakes, biscuits, eggs, home fries and country ham. All super happy with our meals. Saw lots of other good choices heading to other tables. Definitely a Great stop for breakfast or lunch, traditional dinner offerings looking good on the menu also.

If you like good, home cooking, this is the restaurant for you. Breakfast is served all day. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. For breakfast, we had the blueberry pancake and 10 0z hamburger steak breakfasts. For dinner, we had the pork chop dinner and corned beef hash breakfast. The staff was courteous and very friendly. All the food was excellent. We could not find fault with anything. We ate here twice during our visit to Waynesboro. We would have eaten here more if we had discovered Weasie's Kitchen earlier.

POOR MANAGEMENT. This place has nose-dived in the past 2 years. Rude manager/owner and very grandiose. This s a diner, not a fine dining. Been a resident of Waynesboro for 30 years and have 50 employees which I am pleased to say have excellent customer service skills. When I took a group out to breakfast at Weasie's they all commented over the poor service. A 45 minute wait. The food was nothing more than Sysco bought. If this place goes out of business, which I anticipate it will, I might just buy it and urn it around to a local favorite eatery.

This place blows IHOP away. The pancakes were legit, and they were generous with the blueberries. The hash was high-quality meat. They made us to-go cups for our coffee. The staff was very friendly. Plus, the prices were reasonable.

Expect a long wait. The management is critically disorganized. The takeout orders take precedence over those at the dining room. We waited 30 minutes yet the owner wanted to put it back on me stating it was only 23 minutes. That’s truly poor customer service. This was one of the better restaurants some 10 years ago but has diminished ever since. Go elsewhere you’ll have a better time and experience.

What a great place to go for a home cooked meal. The food is always fresh, hot and made to order, whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. The waitresses, Connie and Kara are very friendly and they always serve us with a smile. If they're not too busy they are always available for a quick chat too. We always have good service here and always enjoy bringing the family. You definitely cannot go wrong with Weasie's Kitchen.
