Would give 6 starts if I could. Came to Wintergreen and stayed at an airbnb to celebrate our anniversary. We tried to go out to the backbone grill, but because we weren't members or had reservations at the hotel, it was against their policy to serve us. We tried to drive out somewhere else but the fog was too thick to navigate on an unfamiliar mountain. This place is fantastic! Wings are good size, flavor is on point, and they are still hot after a 15 minute drive from their place to mine. Delivery time was quoted at 45 minutes and it took an hour. I'm not docking them a star for this because I know they were busy and they are popular. Honestly, how important is 15 minutes at 8pm?? Comparing them to BWW?
