HORRIBLE service at 6:40am,5/22/25, very rude drive-through representative! Yelled at me and said Hold on at the drive thru… No hello, good morning, no thank you! don’t even bother serving people if you don’t know how to be polite! Terrible representative of your business!

I was very disappointed. I went during the lunch rush and got cold fries and a superstar that was prepared on a small bun. Eating it was a mess. The flies in the dining room were everywhere and out of control.

This place is slower than slow. The SUV in the drive thru sat at the window for over 20 minutes. The employees were joking around about never seeing the drive thru window timer go that long. And still dragged there asses getting anything done. There was only one employee working and she was slow as hell. We waited inside for a togo order and waited for over 20 minutes our food as well. Then we started eating going down the road. The burger my girlfriend got was so nasty that she threw it out the window of my truck. Don't waste your time going here!!!!!
We waited in drive thru over 30 mins for 2 biscuits. They were out of blueberry biscuits. This place needs help. The lady working drive thru was pleasant but acted as if it's no big deal we waited so long.

West Point Hardee’s is the slowest in the world. Waited 34 minutes from when I got in line to receiving the order This happened twice. Never again! And I didn’t get what I ordered!
