The food is absolutely disgusting. Lettuce is always brown, fries are overcooked and never salted, and your order WILL be wrong. This location is a rudderless ship and it doesn't deserve to stay afloat.

Fries were over cooked, brown and old, fish fillets were old n cold, the bun was so stale. I added tomatoes. These were so small and thin. I expect tomatoes would be larger than a .50c piece when you charge so much for them. The bun was so dry I took it all apart and tried to just eat the fish (i ordered a double). That was gross too. I gave up. It took forever to get my order... and I do mean FOREVER. I thought everything would be fresh. Guess not. Very disappointed!

By far the worst McDonald's East of Richmond VA. Very slow service and are always out of something. Moved to the area 3 yrs ago and have yet to have a milkshake cuz it's always broken. Tried getting breakfast several times but they weren't open when posted. No employees. The family and I just drive by now and pretend it isn't there cuz it's always a disappointing visit.

The drive thru was extremely slow and they made me pull up to the second window to wait fifteen minutes for my food while they served six other cars behind me and I ordered from the app ahead of time so there is no excuse for the delay

Not my favorite restaurant. I spent more time getting to place more order in person (plus getting served), than I would have if I had just gone through drive-through. But got my food, ate my food, and left. That's kind of the best we can expect from McDonalds these days.
