Veeeery slow service. If you’re going for lunch and you only have a half hour… I recommend you go somewhere else.

I have been craving a quarter pounder with cheese and French fries for a while now. I live 30 minutes away. Drove all the way there then waited 23 minutes the sandwich was so hard and dry there's no way they cooked it that day. The French Fry's were mushy. I was told not to go to that McDonald's. I did anyways. I should have returned my food or gotten my money back. This one really pissed me off.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I live in West Point and drive to Williamsburg to get McDonald's. I have consistently received cold food on every order. My breakfast sausage was white. This has been over a period of three years. Management/Owner cannot get it right

I ordered a large chocolate milkshake WITH WHIPPED CREAM and when i received it there was a CENTIMETER of whipped cream.

I am very unsatisfied with this.

People were very unhelpful, I wanted at counter for 10 minutes No one helped me, went to koshe. Tables were dirty. Servers were playing around and very load.

I had to stop by this McDonald's because I was taking my dad back home and I was in line for over 30 minutes just to put in a order in the drive through and the line was all the way out in the road this is ridiculous they need to get it together

Had a mobile order placed for drive thru but the line was all the way to the street I had to park so I told the lady at the counter the issue. Upon telling her nicely she rolled her eyes and ask “well what do you want me to do” she then walked to the other lady and that lady said “OH MY GOD, of course” at this point the people behind me were looking embarrassed for me she yelled “that drive though order needs to be over there” I understand people get frustrated and busy but as I sat there I heard several customers being mistreated as well. Hopefully management can get this understanding through to them, that even when your frustrated the customers come first and they get paid to do a job. I wasn’t rude I honestly was having a bad day and walked in only to be disrespected and have my day get far worse than it was walking in. My family member passed away yesterday and it’s been a very rough day. This is my first time ever writing a review at this location and it’s so that hopefully it dosnt happen to the next person walking in with an already bad day. Thanks Stay blessed🙏🏽

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… people were rude as hell food took forever to come out. They were mocking an old lady. Everyone there needs to be fired immediately.

All we ordered were 2 drinks, waited in line 10 minutes behind the car in front of us to get their order, employee was chit chatting with the car vs working, we got to the window and our drinks hadn’t even been made, worker said they’d have to clean the machine and it would take 17 minutes, we asked for a refund instead of waiting, they did not listen and made the drinks, did not clean the machine so now we are questioning if the drinks are even okay to drink?

4 workers moving at the pace and doing the work of 1…total of 20 minutes for 2 hot chocolates.

Passing through as a Holiday traveler and popped in to get some coffee for the road. Restrooms and dining room were fairly clean but…service was horrible. We put our order in the kiosk so no problem there but the poor guy at the register! The cashier couldn’t get the card reader to work and was trying to get someone to help her with no avail. Finally a woman with manger in training on her tag came and was so rude to both her employee and customer. She finally walked away and said I can’t do this. Really!? Who can than. Meanwhile we wait 10 minutes for our coffees and this guy still can’t pay. I said you should just give him his coffee and sandwich for free for all the hassle. She replied “We never give free food here”!
Honestly if I had cash on me I would have just paid for the guys food.
Maybe your manager in training needs more training!
*By the way the coffee was so bad I threw it away.

Fries were cold and container wasn't close to being filled at the proper amount.

Burgers were not hot and dry.

I had to wait 15 minutes to get served.

Truely pathetic quality food for the price charged

Extremely dirty and nasty terrible service roof leaks sinks in the bathroom don’t work. How does employees wash hands ? Ordered my food plain came out with ketchup and onions barely anybody in the restaurant really guys

I saw 2 employees eating their own McDonald’s before getting to my meal. They put an insane amount of mustard on my quarter pounder and no ice machines were working. This place is a dump. I know they get graded on timeliness, but I doubt these employees know how to tell time.

The service here was terrible! We were trying to get our cups and I was calling out for them and they saw and heard me but they didn’t even care and ignored me! All of the 3 chicken nuggets I ordered boxes were open and just tossed in the bag, and the fries they gave us were stale! We are definitely never coming back here again.
