The workers at the Pizza Hut in West Point are so nice. The whole town lost power but my order was already made so instead of telling me I couldn't have it they still gave me my order. I told them to call me when the power came back on so I could come in and pay, but they told me not to worry about it since it's no one's fault. I've ordered here a few times and each time it's been a pleasant interaction. Definitely will continue ordering from here.

It's like they took a pizza and said, 'Let’s make this bad boy even MORE pizza.' The cheese-filled crust is so good, it should come with a warning: may cause uncontrollable joy and excessive cheese consumption. Also, the delivery was on point—arrived hotter than my phone when I’m scrolling through memes at 2 AM. Seriously, my pizza showed up faster than my plans to get fit in 2026. If you're looking for a pizza that’ll fill you up, make your taste buds do the cha-cha, and maybe cause a bit of guilt (but in the best possible way), then Pizza Hut’s your place. 10 out of 10 would order from this Pizza Hut again!

That evening the customer service or who ever took the orders did not want to work or help customers basically told me to find out whatever info I wanted to know on my own, like I hadn't tried to do that first before calling.

Tonight the experience and food was Amazing. I have never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut; always wonderful staff, clean restaurant, and food always tastes great. I MUST say that tonight for dinner it was the Best Pizza I have had from here in such a Long time. So good!

Ordered a pizza and when I got there to pick up I was the only one there. She said it wasn't ready yet. (There was a pizza in the warming oven) Paid for it and stood there for 15-20 minutes while she cut up and boxed other people's orders. Finally, she asked my name again and checked the pizza that had been sitting there since I first walked in and it was mine. So now it's not the really fresh pizza I'd expected. Got home and found out they didn't put the green bell pepper on my pizza supreme so I didn't get what I ordered. Never again. Should have ordered from Anna's Italian restaurant. Great pizza there and I always get what I order.

Ordered Ham and Pineapple got home had green pepper, bacon also, Pineapple had no taste. Was not shown pizza when gave it . Learned my lesson.
