Tonight the experience and food was Amazing. I have never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut; always wonderful staff, clean restaurant, and food always tastes great. I MUST say that tonight for dinner it was the Best Pizza I have had from here in such a Long time. So good!

Ordered a pizza and when I got there to pick up I was the only one there. She said it wasn't ready yet. (There was a pizza in the warming oven) Paid for it and stood there for 15-20 minutes while she cut up and boxed other people's orders. Finally, she asked my name again and checked the pizza that had been sitting there since I first walked in and it was mine. So now it's not the really fresh pizza I'd expected. Got home and found out they didn't put the green bell pepper on my pizza supreme so I didn't get what I ordered. Never again. Should have ordered from Anna's Italian restaurant. Great pizza there and I always get what I order.

Ordered Ham and Pineapple got home had green pepper, bacon also, Pineapple had no taste. Was not shown pizza when gave it . Learned my lesson.

There have been times when they've forgotten to give us entire pizzas, sides, drinks, or other things, though the staff seem to be really friendly, sometimes they may lack in their work. Like a few of the restaurants and places in this town, it can be a hit or miss. Depending on who's on the staff, you may have an excellent service, in which I'd rate a 5 star, or you may have quite unpleasant service, which is what dropped my rating of this establishment. Overall, though, it's a nice place to order from if you just need some pizza and drinks for a party, or if you just don't feel like cooking for dinner. It's not too expensive, and offers a good amount of food for the whole family.

Got the buffet here. Surprised that it was excellent and pizza was coming out fresh almost every five minutes or so! Not much as far as options for a non meat eater like myself but they did have plain cheese pizza at the ready so can't complain there!
Vegetarian options: You can eat the cheese pizza but thats just about it.
Order online and ask for extra sauce, drive 13 miles one way. Only to get home and find you didn’t get the extra sauce and stuck with a dry pizza. Sometimes they’re on point and made to order, but here lately it’s been inconsistent. The ticket even has extra sauce listed and they act like they don’t even notice!! Try complaining and then they wanna act like I’m being difficult. Just make it like requested and we wouldn’t be having this discussion. I’m not the only person having this experience, by looking at other customers reviews!!

Every time we order pizza we get extra cheese and other extra this is the 3rd time this has happened get home and to eat pizza has little to no cheese and extras are not there as they said they are! They want me to bring pizza back at that point it’s my money and time do better this Pizza Hut has gone way down hill !! Last time my family will be eating here!! go out of town for pizza !!

Every menu on our table clearly listed an UDI’s GF pizza. I inquired about it and was told by the server “We don’t have that.” When I told her it was on the menu she replied “Really, where? I didn’t know it was there.” They also didn’t have sweet tea … in Virginia … makes no sense what so ever. I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in probably 10+ years and with the lack of those options, I won’t go back.
