Absolute worst chipotle in area! They barely give you a spoon full of food and if you want any extra you have to pay for it a side. I explained to them i wanted extra rice because i was only getting rice, corn, and cheese thats it. They gave me such a hard time like i was begging for food. I also wanted guac on the side because it’s free with a veggie bowl. She tried to make me pay for it because she gave me a “little” more rice. No other chipotle in the area is like this. I actually don’t come here for this reason. And sorry to say but the issue is ONLY with the older Hispanic ladies who work there. Everyone else is reasonable.

Dirtiest Chipotle i have been to. Trash can was overflowing in the bathroom and the bathroom floor was soaked. I told the staff about the conditions and they did not seem to care.

First time to this chipotle as we are not from the area. Contrary to some of the recent reviews I see here, I and my family had a good experience. The food was fresh and worth the money.

Went to pick up my mobile order here- I come at least once a week- I was early so I anticipated to wait. Staff helped one customer while I was waiting for my order. The mobile order guy was working very diligently but had lots of orders coming in. The rest of the staff - except one staff doing food prep was standing around chatting. After waiting for five minutes, I requested for them to help him to make my order since he had so many and I had already been standing there five minutes. They replied saying “he’s making it”- as if he is the only person that could do it and none them could because it’s not their job and that “my order isn’t supposed to be ready for two more minutes” so I can wait. My order was made shortly after by the mobile order guy. I hope the owner or management first recognizes the work of the two people who were actually working while five others stood around while there was plenty of work to be done. I really hope it’s not a bullying situation going on and they just refuse to help him. They need to be instructed that if there is no one in line and people are waiting for their mobile orders, they should start making the orders of those that are there instead of doing nothing while one person does them all. Photos for reference. I will not be returning as I am fearful that one of those five employees will spit in my food next time.

This chipotle gives out fresher ingredients and slightly bigger portions than the other locations (old Keene mill location).

Ordered 2 salads and this was the dressing they thought was adequate. Contacted support and they said they’d let them know but didn’t offer further solutions. Not worth the money anymore. It’s a joke.

Went here yesterday and was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at chipotle ever. The kid who made my burrito didn’t even bother to wrap my burrito and left it wide open. I couldn’t believe my eyes. That was after getting super skimped on protein. Idk who they’re hiring just anybody off the street. Was not friendly at all and just weird vibes. Ya’ll need to figure it out and stop hiring people who don’t give a f. Super disappointed and want my money back

This establishment is absolutely filthy. Every table and chair dirty. Trash and debris on every surface, including food prep area. We were refused water cups with our order. Isn’t that required to be provided by VA law? Cover on top of drink fountain left open. Food was OK. Disappointing for price.

I have been here several times unfortunately the service has really dropped significantly the last few times. They could use some help keeping the space clean, and the food prep area is definitely not up to par, with lots of cross-contamination.
