Kaitlyn was the BEST. I have never been to Duck Donuts she was so kind, we ended up buying extra! It's nice to visit an establishment, and the employees are patient and kind. You can tell she loves her job! We customers appreciate this service thank you!

I bought donuts here because Google said it was closest. What a pleasant find. Donuts made to order once you have ordered them. Really unique to see donuts fried boxed then frosted. Went here with a granddaughter and she learned all about donut making.

I ordered online and stood watching customers come in, order, get their food, and leave before they started making mine. I asked twice and got ignored both times. 40 minutes for donuts and a coffee isn't worth it.

Last week, there was a glitch in the DD website- resulting in my pre-order being placed for same-day pick-up. After calling the location, the team member who answered and the supervisor were so helpful! They seamlessly moved my pick-up date and had the order ready for me at the time requested (very early pick-up for a large order).

I truly appreciate their kindness and service! We will absolutely order again from this location for organization celebrations!

This location according to employee Isabel G does not offer military discounts even though one was given to me on my previous visit only a few weeks ago and every other location I have ever been to offers one. I even came in uniform.

I’m not usually someone who enjoys talking when buying things, I can be pretty awkward, but my first visit here was genuinely pleasant. Tesfaye at the front had such warm, positive energy that I actually enjoyed chatting with him, which is rare for me. I left in such a good mood!
Oh, and the doughnuts and coffee? Easily a 10/10.

These were fresh made in front of you. They melt in your hands and mouth. Excellent taste. Breakfast bagel, egg, cheese and sausage was so fresh and tasty. 10 times better then dunking doughnut sandwich.

🔥 best donuts in the world

As a Marylander it sucks they only have locations in VA. I’ve had duck donuts plenty of times but never physically went to get them myself. They don’t only have donuts, they have ice cream, shakes, breakfast sandwiches and a few other options. I wish I had known these were made to order I would’ve tipped more.

Excellent donuts and even better service. Joy was amazing and she plays the best music. I had the chance to come in and experience this amazing shop while on vacation. I will differently be back. 5 star service

Had my first Duck Donut at a private event. Out of this world treat! Highly recommend

Decent doughnuts. I liked they were made fresh but they were still so gooey. Not a huge fan. I ended up going with the bacon in the sun.
With all the hype I heard about this place I was expecting more, I liked the doughnut but the texture ruined it for me. Maybe it did not cook enough or something but maybe I will give it a try another day. Not in a rush to go back though.
