I came from out of state to visit my sister. She was excited to bring my family here because they’re accommodating with different food restrictions… but when we arrived they would not let my family sit together, not because it was crowded, but because they had trivia starting in 75 minutes. We asked if we could have ONE chair to sit in a booth together, they said no. It needed to be saved for trivia (that would start in 75 minutes.) The tables were not reserved for specific people but they said “what if someone from trivia needs a chair?” We left. They were not nice or accommodating and lost our service.

This location has THE best cheesesteak out of any other location. They actually use real beef, not the steakum garbage. And the cashier in the front was fantastic. Really nice guy with tattoos. I didn’t catch his name.

The best. We are lucky to have a Ledo's near us in Virginia. If you've never had ledo's, I highly suggest you try it one time. There is no other Pizza like it.

Love this location! I have only ever done carryout so I cant speak to the dinning service experience, however the staff is always really nice, for pick up they are always ready early. If you have never had Ledos pizza there are three things that make their pizza both unique and amazing. 1. A slightly sweeter tomato sauce than traditional pizza sauce 2. A thin buttery crispy crust, think of the texture and thickness of a thin crust pizza but the taste of more of a pan pizza, but less greasy. 3. They just load on the toppings. Its to the point where the weight of the box will shock you. Despite this each peace never seems to be overloaded or fall apart and their pizzas are always consistently delicious!

This was our first experience at this location and we were a handful. We are a family of picky eaters so we needed a lot of accommodations. The guy at the counter with dreads was super helpful. He was able to get all of our orders right at the first time and he had a really friendly deep voice. Thank you for making our experience memorable.

I used to come to ledos every week because i liked the place. I used to spend 20 dollars a week, 80 dollars a month at this place in springfield. Im going to cut back or stop going all together for the way they do not listen to my Complaint. I said it multiple times to get them to address this issue. Its like i have to fight to get Adequate blue cheese dressing on my salad. It pisses me off. First the salad is 6 dollars by itself which is pretty Expensive. But im not mad at that. The salad is really huge and in order to truly enjoy it, you must put the right amount of dressing on it. The chef doesnt even full the cup up half way. And the cup itself is small. This annoys me because it ruins my dining experience becaause i cant really enjoy the salad which messes up the whole meal.its Embarrassing to have to keep asking for more salad dressing. Put enough salad dressing on the salad to make it enjoyable. Its like eating A bunch of leaves in a bowl with no flavor. The salad is Expensive enough so make my dining experience enjoyable. Ledos stop being so cheap.
