My partner and I visited Ledo’s Pizza on February 6, 2026 around 9:30 pm, hoping to grab a drink and relax for a bit. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The bartender, who appeared to also be the manager called WES, was dismissive and rude when we asked about getting a seat. There were multiple empty seats visible, but we were told we could not sit without any clear explanation or effort to accommodate us.
The interaction felt unnecessarily unwelcoming, and the tone alone made us decide to leave rather than stay and spend money there. Customer service is a huge part of the dining experience, and this interaction fell far below expectations.
We have enjoyed Ledo’s in the past, but this visit left a very negative impression. Hopefully management takes steps to ensure guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

WES, the manager, was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I called with a basic question, and he immediately became loud and confrontational. He repeatedly cut me off, wouldn’t let me finish speaking, and ultimately hung up on me while I was calmly trying to explain my concern. At one point, he said he had other customers and couldn’t deal with my issue. This is not how customer service should be handled. I will never order pizza again from this Ledo. There is one in Lorton and Manassas that I recommend! WES is downright unprofessional and needs some serious help!

Pizzas are uniquely their own style, and often tasty. The wings used to be my favorite, but they have gotten much smaller than they used to be. I ordered a 6 piece last week, and 5 of them were flats...not cool. They are in desperate need of an upgrade in the dining area

I got a small Ledo pizza with extra sauce and good ol' Grandma's DELICIOUS lasagna. To split with my girlfriend and it was all fantastic. I've had a number of items there and never been disappointed.

Ledo is the best!! Doesn’t matter if we dine in or get carry out, the food is always fantastic and we always have great service. The toasted raviolis are amazing!! Their rewards program is really cool too. Definitely sign up for that. We are long time customers and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Cheers!

When my wife went to pick up our Take out pizza 5 minutes after the time it should have been ready, the staff ignored her until she asked them to check whether our order was ready. They said it was not ready, then ignored her as additional pizzas were brought up to the front for pick up. After another 15 minutes of being ignored, my wife asked them to check on our order again, and they found it in the original stack of pizzas they had previously checked. They did not acknowledge their mistake nor apologize in any way, and our pizza was room temperature by the time she got it home (5 minutes away).

This was a very noisy place and our waitress was not very friendly. Never a smile. The food was only average. The Greek gyro meat tasted old and dry. The pepperoni pizza was good. It was a Friday evening and the bar was loud but there were no tables available in the dining room. Prices were reasonable
