I went to deliver an uber order. I waited there for above 10 minutes. The waiter/manager served other customer whose order wasn’t ready just because he speaks her language. It is not nice at all. Stores should serve everybody equally

What’s McDonald’s most well known burger? The Big Mac right? What does that come with? Mac sauce right? So then someone riddle me why pop the the hood on my burger and there’s MAYO ON MY BIG MAC?! Mayo?? How does that even happen?!?! I waited mad long for my order too, so when I get old nuggets, 2 Big Macs with Mayo instead of Mac Sauce and nuggets so old they hurt to bite into, y’all are getting a horrible review. Mayo on a Big Mac.. wow lol

I typically don't write bad reviews, but this is probably the 4th time in the last month ove gone and not gotten what I paid for. Ordered a double bacon quarter pounder and got a quarter pounder with cheese, if you're going to eat here check your food for the love of God, and when possible order inside

Probably the best McDonalds I've been too. I always order via the kiosk and whereas the other local McDonalds gives an insulting amount of sauce, this one gives a good amount. In addition, I have had great customer service experience from them in the past. The fact that they are open 24/7 also really helps since my job keeps very late hours and I am too tired to cook sometimes.

Went through the drive thru about 20 mins ago. Asked for 2 McDoubles, no ketchup or mustard, add Mac sauce. Go to the 1st window and paid with Apple Pay. While I’m waiting for a receipt, the little tiny Asian woman was joking with another coworker about an action by them, being racist. When I pull to the next window, I’m sitting there waiting and after about 5 mins or more, the First Lady comes and says I didn’t pay… which I did and had to remind her of my Apple Pay. Then I get home and my order isn’t even CLOSE to being correct. Instead of 86 ketchup and mustard, sub Mac, she sent it as ONLY ketchup and mustard. Extremely frustrating after working all day and into the night, just hoping for things to be handled better.

So we picked up some quarter pounders tonight… Insects were in them. See photos. I crushed mine because I was starving but my wife opened hers to check and this is what she found. Gross. Use to be a well managed franchise. Quality control is non existent. We have a friend at the executive level at McDonald’s and have contacted him so maybe there will finally be some consequences for this neglectful owner.

Never done a McDonald’s review before because never thought they deserved it. But this location and their staff went above and beyond with every one of my visits. Big shout out to Myra and Gladius for the amazing hospitality. Will definitely be back soon.
