EVERY single time I come to this location- they make me pull up & wait for a frappe! I buy a frappe EVERY day at 1 of 3 different locations-but it's ONLY this Rolling Rd. Location that makes me wait & sometimes I even have to walk inside because I've waited SO long-then 1/2 the time the frappe sucks- it's either super icey or watery thin- they can't get it right! I just don't understand why it's ONLY & ALWAYS this location 🤷🏼♀️??!!

The food at this location is solid as far as McD/fast food is concerned. The service is okay, but they regularly mess up orders. I would say around 30% of the time I either receive the wrong drink or the syrup is out, I don't receive all the items I ordered, or I receive someone else's order entirely. If you ask for ketchup and they tell you to pull forward to wait for your food, 100% of the time I did not receive the ketchup I asked for at the window. It feels odd to almost micromanage your order but if you want to get exactly what you ordered and asked for, that's what you have to do.

The only reason (tbh) I come to drive thru to take order is because of this sweet drive thru lady she used to work in backlick road I was her previous customer. She's so nice unlike other mc Donald's person I came across at different locations
