So, don’t get me wrong, I love Mezeh. But sadly I am here writing about my experience here, I got a lamb rice and pickled onion bowl, and because the lamb, it cost an extra 3.50, the lamb was more mutton than actual lamb. 2 I got shorted, my lamb serving was like 2.5 oz. 3 you need name cards on your employees so I’m not going around yelling at the general facility.

The food was good, but Service was terrible. I believe the server was in the rush to serve us out so that in some other world he can catch some sort of a missing train. Never had this problem before at this food chain at other locations. While preparing our bowl, the server was little rude. I do not appreciate that. We are paying for the bowl that he is making for us, it’s not like we asked it for free. Not sure what is his deal. Also, not sure if I want to go to the location again.

First time trying out mezeh! And loved it! They have a huge selection of proteins and delightfull toppings. Staff was very friendly and helpful helping me build my bowl. Would definitely recommend!

My personal experience wasn’t positive they charge you between $17 to $23. I ordered shredded lamb meet. She barely put into it just symbolically to say the list. Didn’t want to argue when there are plenty of options so I left. This kind of thing giving very little to descent customers was played by chipotle few years ago back and they learn they lesson for kids start posting videos on social media. I guess mezeh will learn this soon or letter.

The food is really good, but the service is so bad. I ordered online, stood at the pick-up section when it said it would be ready. Finally, after 10 minutes someone came by to ask if I need help. When I asked about my order, it turned out they haven't started making it. Then, they kept making the food for new customers coming in and ignoring my order. Finally, after 50 minutes I received my order, which should have been ready 30 minutes ago. What is going on? Shame because the food is good.

Right, so I sat down expecting a meal, you know, something that would actually reach my stomach. What arrived looked like the starter kit for a hamster. The so-called “protein portion” was so small I half expected the server to apologize for dropping the rest on the way.

And speaking of the server, lovely smile, but clearly trained by someone who thinks customer service is optional. When you charge adult prices for children’s portions, you need staff who can explain why without looking terrified.

It’s a shame really, because the place could be brilliant. But if management keeps serving bird sized meals with rookie service, they’ll shrink more than the protein, they’ll shrink their reputation too.
