I live in burke so I often visit this mezeh branch.but before staff was fantastic.but nowadays i feel staff is rude as well as they are very short hand to adding stuff.we pay alot for a bowl but its not worth it as compared to quantity

The manager at this location took my order when I came in yesterday and was incredibly helpful. I was indecisive about what to get, as I'm not too familiar with the food. I can honestly say the food was great and tasted amazing.

I’ve visited several Mezeh locations and generally love the concept and menu, but the Springfield, VA location consistently falls short — especially when it comes to customer service. The staff here seem poorly trained and lack basic customer service skills. On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered rude or indifferent employees who don’t seem interested in helping or even acknowledging customers properly.
It’s honestly surprising how this location continues to hire employees who seem disengaged and unprofessional. It makes me wonder if management is paying any attention at all. The poor service really overshadows the otherwise good food and likely affects how much business this location gets.
Mezeh as a brand is great, but this particular location is giving it a bad name. I hope corporate takes the time to address what’s going on here — this store has so much potential but desperately needs better training and oversight.
